Tried to have an order delivered but did not arrive. I ordered off the Jersey Mike's app, checked delivery and chose the "preferred delivery ". It was Door Dash. When my order did not arrive called the store and they said it was a Door Dash issue even though I ordered from their app. Called Door Dash and they said it was a Jersey Mike issue since I ordered through their app and gave them my financial info. Then the Door Dash person hung up and left me with the manager at Jersey Mike's (Jared). Same issue, he said it was Door Dash issue. Called Door Dash again and finally got some results. Don't bother doing a delivery from Jersey Mike's, the customer service is awful. Needless to say no sandwich but finally got my order reimbursed.

Last night I ordered dinner for 5 people. When the food arrived, we were missing my sandwich. As we opened the other sandwiches, every one of them were made incorrectly. One of the sandwiches was Mike's Way, but the bun was literally soaked. The bread completely fell apart as it was mush.I drove to the store to pick up the missing sandwich. As I started to mention how the other sandwiches were made incorrectly, the manager became instantly defensive. She raised her voice and said she watched all of the sandwiches being made. I told her to calm down as I wasn't even upset, even though I had to drive over, after ordering delivery. She literally threw her hands up, and yelled saying she would just remake all of them. I told her that wasn't necessary. She ignored me, yelled at the two employees, and walked to the back. My family have been frequent patrons of Jersey Mike's for years. My daughter worked at a different location, where we never had any issues.Just to clarify, the two employees that were remaking the sandwiches were super sweet, and kind. I can't say the same for their manager.

Unfortunately, the girls working were grumpy and instead of focusing on customer service and restaurant cleanliness (the bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels and were absolutely disgusting) they would rather smoke weed and allow the smoke and smell to fill the restaurant while we were eating with our 2 small children.

Everyone was so nice and helpful here! I love Jersey Mikes in general but this location blew me away with how considerate everyone was. I got the veggie and Christina even went the extra mile and wiped down the cutting machine without me even asking. So sweet and definitely will come again, highly recommend stopping by!

The staff ask what toppings, but don't actually do it. I requested jalapeños and the hot pepper spread. I didn't get either on the Italian. The only way you can order it is the Jersey style. They did add mayo as I requested. If peppers are an extra cost, they should say that up front. Not just ignore request.
