This store is unbelievably slow. Every single time I have ordered delivery from here I have waited over an HOUR for the food to even leave the store. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

Coming into this place for lunch was very refreshing. It smells so good and the people are so nice. Kris was so beautiful and patient with me. She helped me figure out my app rewards and all.All in all, being a healthcare worker, I am emotionally exhausted and this was such a peaceful experience for me.

Most JJ locations blast music at an extreme volume. This place does not, or at least that was the case while I was there. No music at all. Very welcome change compared to other locations. They also have real toilet paper, not the industrial scratchy roll. The food is fine, I got what I ordered, nothing complicated so I can’t say much there.

It was aright, the food was maintained.. interestingly, with unchanging gloves. The service was slower than i would have liked, 10 minutes for 1 order it took me one time.But the quality of the food itself is great. Which helps a lot.
I would give them zero ⭐️.The worst employees ever. They never respect their customers( it has been multiple occasions). I have never received my order and after I gave up and went to the branch to pick up my order, one of the employee lied about shortage in delivery. When i confronted him about the driver because the driver was there, he said that your address is incorrect and “they called me 3 times and I never answered” another lies. Asked him about my phone #, he gave me incorrect number. They didn’t apologize for the mistakes and they kept lying ? about the entire situation. The other employee intervened to add more lies.I would not recommend this branch.Employees are BIG liars.

Ate here 2-3 times last week while in town visiting. Did pickup each time. Order was always ready fast, made correctly, and tasted good. Staff were always friendly and seemed to be working hard.

Ordered at 2pm, order was not delivered until 3:30pm. I called at 2:40 and they said it was the next one out but it was removed from my app tracker. I’m sure to show that it wasn’t needing to be delivered still on their end for their numbers to look good.
