I’ve come to this location twice and both times they’ve been out of toppings for the bowls. First time was granola and today was whole strawberries. Whats an acai bowl without both of these toppings?!

If you cannot service correctly for the promos that you are doing you create horrible service. You should be able service the phones, on line, and drive up. If I order online.I should be able to go in and have a line to stand in to pick up my order. I have placed an order and I cannot cancel it because you won't pick up the phone!!!

Let me just say, WOW! I am so impressed with the young staff here. Exceptional work. The customer service was polite and was quick to make my families drinks! I would definitely come again. To whoever hired these workers, you found a good bunch!
This was my first time going to a Roxberry location and it was so awesome! The people inside were so incredibly friendly and so open to giving me suggestions. I believe their names were Kayla and Ben. I got an Açaí bowl and my friend got a smoothie and it was so delicious. They were incredibly busy but you could tell they moved as fast as possible to get our order out , which I really appreciated coming from a former barista!! I will definitely be coming back and I hope to have this good of an experience with the workers and food! 10/10 recommend!

Someone give an award to this location! The staff were super nice and the food was great! Would recommend their açaí bowls. When I came in it was pretty busy, but the staff did a great job of managing orders from the drive thru and the lobby and were able to get the drinks out in a reasonable amount of time. 5 out of 5 stars!

Roxberry is smoothies done right with hood ingredients, unlike most places that mask their products with sugar. I recommend the peanut butter blast or orange dreamsicle.
