The food and service is great. It's just a little pricey for my budget.

Service and Atmosphere great, both the mushroom and Korean burger made us both second guess whether we had Covid, both were very bland and had no taste. I was definitely expecting a rich sauce with the Korean chicken burger but all I could taste was chicken and potato bun. I had to dip it in ketchup to actually enjoy it. Definitely not worth 13 dollars.

I love Shake Shack's allergy menu listed online with each menu item!!! It's so nice to easily find allergens beforehand. I wish every restaurant did this. I didn't have second doubts eating with my daughter with allergies. The service was quick, restaurant was clean, food was good! Happy customers!

Pretty good food. A better than average chicken sandwich and a decent strawberry shake. Seems overpriced for what you get. $17 is just too much for a sandwich and shake.

Little pricey for a hamburger. Tastes good and I like the kiosk ordering. Has gluten free buns which is good.

I don’t get this place. Expensive hamburgers, all side are separate and drinks are almost $4. I could find a way better burger place at this price point.
The food here is amazing! It is getting really expensive but so is everywhere else. I highly recommend this place. All of their burgers are incredible.

Just another High Hyped up burger joint serving the same Sysco food. Is the meat even real?. Shake Shack and you have 5 maybe 6 shakes on the menu Haha Vanilla Chocolate Strawberry and Coffee. YOu would think if you called yourself a Shake Shack you would have a variety of Shakes.
Went in and everyone was really welcoming and friendly! We had a little mix up on our order, but the team helped make everything right super quickly! We absolutely love the veggie burger, one of the best ones around that’s not just an impossible burger 10/10!!We also tried their Korean fries and they were absolutely amazingVegetarian options: Veggie burger and fries are our go to- definitely some of the best vegetarian options around

I spent $20 for a burger, fries, and drink. Twenty dollars. I figured the avocado bacon burger would at least be a decent size and have flavor. Upon receiving it, my first thought was they gave me the wrong burger. I actually laughed out loud involuntarily. It was so small. It was the size of a spicy McChicken at McDonald's. Not much avocado, and the bacon seemed to be jr bacon Wendy's quality. Zero flavor. The "special fries" or whatever they call them... are just flavorless fries with season-all poured on it. To top it off, the lady cooking my burger had insanely long dreads with no hair net.

Ordered food at a kiosk. Pictures showed beautiful food and decent sized portions and that’s why didn’t really question prices. Before my burger was made I asked if they could cut it in half for me. “No we don’t do that so we can give you the juiciest burger possible. But you can do it.” Paid $10 so I could help prepare it myself. When I got the food the burger was the size of a kids happy meal burger. Pathetic amount of fries. And they made the milk shake before anything else which melted by the time I got it in hand. $22 for a big round of disappointment. Do better Shake Shack.

I had one of my better shake shack experiences at this location just this last week. When my spouse and I arrived we were greeted by I'm assuming the Manager? And he helped us with suggestions and taking our order. I ordered the new Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich and the Korean BBQ fries as well. The spice in the chicken sandwich was just right in my opinion and the fries tasted great by themselves but it came with a dipping sauce that was straight nasty so I used ketchup and they tasted great. I don't eat at Shake Shack often but I am glad I tried it this day as it checked all of the boxes for me that day.
