I've been here over 10 times and the service has never been the fastest but I've always been patient because the food was good. Today I stood in front of the order window for 10 minutes. The two people in the truck were busy making food so I just waited. When someone came to the window they ignored me and took the order of the person behind me. There are 3 other taco trucks with 3 minutes. Clearly they would rather have me go elsewhere

We have a monthly meeting where the business fits the bill for lunch for all employees and this taco truck is one that all my employees specifically request come back. Eddie who is the owner is awesome to deal with, shows up on time, food is absolutely killer delicious and reasonably priced and he pulls up right out back to our bay door and cooks right from there. This little taco cart is literally a slice from heaven!!! Iv never had such an amazing experience. I'm an avid taco truck and street food fanatic and this one is hands down my favorite one in Salt Lake City.First off the service was very surprising to me because usually it's a very fast pace and it's more of a get your s*it and get out. NOT HERE I felt like I was at my own family's place to eat. Extremely friendly, very happy and smiling people. All around very inviting and ready to help you anyway they can to make your experience a good one.They're prices are really good as well. Very competitive prices and your definitely getting more for your money here! All they're condiments are all fresh and good smelling as if it was prepared from home. And I love my condiments!! They really put allot of time and love into the prep of the food and everything and it really shows in the quality your getting.If you like real authentic home cooked tasting food this is definitely the place to be on your lunch break or anytime for that matter. Don't think twice about pulling over and checking it out. You won't regret it!!THEY DO CATERING TOOOOOOO!!Thanks to the family that runs this amazing little business I'm so happy I stumbled across this gem of a taco stand!!I'll see you tomorrow!And the next day too!!Thanks again. I tried these Buche and ask if the could grill it and it was soo tender. Their tripa was great too. Ask that they grill it so it's crispy you won't regret it. Green avocado sauce was good. Red sauce was the spice that was needed. They put the fixings on it for you so be sure to ask them to put what ever you want on them.
