I don't get it. Have no idea what this restaurant was going for the name sounds Asian but they make tacos? It's another walk up your counter build your own bowl kind of place. And the flavors are meh ?. The soup was not bad is the best I can do.Parking: There was plenty of parking. Right up to the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Richland space for the wheelchair to move around. No automated door ?.

From the moment I walked in, Sara was very attentive and friendly. She handled my order with ease and care. Great customer experience!! I have found a wonderful place to have lunch ? during my break!! Highly recommend this location for an awesome meal!

My husband and I eat here weekly.The food is healthy and the workers are friendly. They know us by name and they practically know our orders too.This has been a favorite of ours for years. A must try!Vegetarian options: Just omit meat and you have a vegetarian meal at Zao!

I came into zao today ordering 2 kids bowl and 2 soups. I'm a regular customer and I have to say today has been the worst experience ever. The lady in the gray shirt dropped some broccoli outside of the container and she scooped it back into the food making it contaminated. I felt so disgusted that I will never come back again. I knew that contaminated food will make someone sick. The service was completely awful making me feel like I should not be there. I can sense when someone does not want to service me. Especially when they're not smiling.

Almost entirely gluten free and delicious. They are very stingy with their topping quantities -probably because they want the up charges to add more. Clean fresh and decent price points, great if you factor in nearly all gluten free ... I crave this place often.
I have been enjoying Zao for several years. Recently I shared my experience with my clients who are mentally challenged and are learning about different food options. The staff was very patient and helpful and very appreciated.

Love getting the soup with cucumbers added and chicken or steak. Always a great healthy and quick option. My only complaint is that the broth has pork!

This place has changed for the worse. The green curry sauce for my bowl taste drastically different than the normal green curry sauce also an odd green color. My chips I ordered are STALe. The steak in my bowl is chunks of fat not meat. I used to like the consistency of this place not sure why they’ve gone downhill?
