Super fast,friendly and the food was amazing. The waffles are like no other! Fun little outdoor setting. The owner is super involved and helpful. Had the chicken and waffles- the whip cream cup came out to look like a little chicken made out of blue berry and strawberry. The fries were super tasty and I enjoyed the wide variety of sauce selections. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly the best waffles in the area. All of the ingredients are high quality. The service is fast and friendly and I would definitely recommend this place. Owners are from Belgium so you know you’re getting the real deal.

Don’t order online! I waited for my online food only to have them tell me after I waited forever that they were down. Take the sign off your food truck if that is the case!! I then had to order again with the food I had already paid for and had to wait forever in line.
I love Bruges’ food. I’ve visited the Downtown restaurant for years. However, tonight was my first visit to their food truck. Sadly, it was the worst food truck experience I’ve had. I ordered about $50 worth of food. I waited for about 30 minutes to get my order. As I picked it up, my 5 year old bumped one of the items and it fell to the ground. I let one of the servers know and he said he’d make me another. About 10 minutes after that I was told, no, I’d need to pay for it again. Fine. Whatever. It took another hour to get me a sandwich which consisted of a couple sausages and fries on a bun. Our 90 minute wait and $60 will be better spent elsewhere next time.

Great waffles, tiny portions. Similar to Waffle Love, Bruges uses a sweet waffle batter that crystallizes the sugar when cooked. Most waffles come with creme or ice cream in addition to fruit, Nutella, chicken, or other toppings. The waffles are delicious, but for $8, I feel like I should get a lot more than half of a Belgian waffle--seems like more of a dessert than a meal.
