I work at another 711. The rule is: never make an in-store customer wait while the worker puts together Doordash for another person to lazy to pickup their own stuff.... 3 times this week, I waited 10+ minutes while the employees walked around find delivery stuff. I also left Lady time, very frustrating. Today after 15 minutes I DID leave (without the stuff I wanted to buy) guess I'll skip this store from now on. Plenty of other options for my energy drinks and gas. I wouldn't have to get upset visually just to get help

98 year old man overcharged me for 3 energy drinks and I didn't realize until I got to work. And the manager said prove it. I showed her my back account and told her I was late for work but she wanted to go write it in a damn journal and take more of my time... Worst place ever I'll go pay extra at maverick before I bring my business to these morons again

Edit: 02/2024.. their pumps are never working.. always tell you AFTER you have to wait 48 hrs for your refund that the pumps are down.. go to chevron across the street..

I didn't like how the cashier question me if I was telling the truth or not about the 711 app on my phone. It Is by one slurpee get one free for your bestie valid now through 10/31. He was accusing me of is a screenshot a g my phone and pushes the back button like I'm trying to rip buy a whole freaking dollar. He's a gentleman from back east that should help narrow it down he also wears a turbin.The other day I bought these glasses to watch the eclipse

The seven 11 up on 40th in ogden utah is the bomb they go cheaper on their prices Tham all the other 7 elevens and this one is clean and token care of !!!

The guy that works at this store has the BEST customer service. He would be great at training customer service for all the new hires not for 7-11 but for every type of store around town. Seriously.

Stopped in for smokes 4:30 am. Walked in asked for 2 packs. Can I scan you id he or she asked. Do you have to scan it I asked as I presented my id? Well you could not get the smokes it said. Ok I replied I'll go somewhere else. So 7-11 id policy is right on the counter it says for alcohol and tabbaco if you look younger than thirty they will ask for id witch I provided. Underneath that it says for vape products they must scan your id. When you scan my id the data is kept! but it's my data if you are going to require everyone to get their id scanned then that's what you should put on the counter. Went to Maverick no problem !

Okay, taking the time to review a 7-Eleven, seriously! We jumped off the Interstate for a restroom stop so I checked Gas buddy to fill up too. This place had Mid grade for 359.9 so we swung by and topped off for the 350 mi trip home. I went in to grab a drink and the owner, a super extrovert and friendly guy went for the upsell hoping to add some fried chicken to my drink purchase, I laughed and thanked him, then told him I'd probably get tired during our 5hr drive home. He then loaded a small basket with a bunch of very tastyspicy orange chicken bites on him, handing it to me as a very nice gesture. My wife and I were surprised how tender, juicy and tasty they were. Not only were his gas prices the best in the area, his fast food tasty, he has a great sense of humor too.
