I was craving a brisket sandwich, and it was almost closing time. But I got there before closing. Ended up sitting waiting at the drive-through for several minutes. I guess nobody knew I was out there. Normal drive through ordering process, nothing unusual. Get my food home. Normal fries and drink were good, but the sandwich was so salty I could barely finish it. I only finished it because I do not waste food. But I was very disappointed.

Went for lunch. The drive up window was free, but we went in and got our own food. Clean inside and fast service. The soda machine was shooting soda water out onto my hand as I tried to fill my drink and tasted flat. Other than that it's better than what I have seen from some fast food establishments.Parking: There was only one other car in the parking lot. I don't think a lot of people know how fast the service is, due to no one being there.

Very disappointing. Half my bun was stale and hard as a rock. The beef was tough and dry, almost seemed overcooked. I've eaten at several Arby's across the country and never had this experience. The fact that anyone would take my money and serve this poor quality food is just disrespectful.

Pulled up and was asked to wait at the order box for over 5 minutes. When I pulled up to the window to see what was happening as I was the only customer there, the employees were goofing off at the pickup window.

Went through the drive-through, and they were extremely slow. Got home opened my side of cheddar, and the cup wasn't even half full. To top that off, they charged $1.29 for the cheddar.

I made a online order when picking up we made it clear that we are there for a online pick up the guy at the window acted like a complete idiot then says here’s your order get home and they forgot part of our order because they were too busy laughing and joking around inside then so we call to tell them that they forgot part of our order so the manager for night shift says so that came with your order I was like yes look at your online order she got rude with me and says we’ll u can come get it now or later and I will make it fresh so u know with an attitude. Like seriously if u don’t like your job don’t work with the public. I will never order with this location ever again the manager is rude and people working the window are fing around too much. Not happy with our service or the food.

The unfront was not well attended we waited for 7 minutes until someone came near the front.My dad gyro was terrible the meat was dry and hard, the peta bread was crumbly.The cheese sticks were cold inside.But the lady that helped use was very nice and helpful.

Don't you love working 12 hour shifts working hard for the money you make only to get ripped off when trying to order food. I ordered a large curly fry with my meal. Go back to my job site and realize it's a small cold mix of curly fries and other.* Don't go here unless you want your hard earned money to go to waste because lazy fast food workers don't give a damn.

I am in a drive-through and it’s taking over 15 to 20 minutes to get two sandwiches. The car in front of me has been waiting for just as long. This is ridiculous and should never happen in a drive-through. Please train your people.
