Went through the drive thru. It's been the third time I've been there. And each time they have no salt.. The chicken was a little bit dry. The employees look like they were not having a great day.

I purchased two pappa burgers. The only thing on it was one ring of onion. Not good!

We went at 11am on Sunday ((30 min after they opened)). The food was fine and the service was fast but the dining area was filthy. Literally every single table had crumbs and garbage on it. The floor had not been swept and was sticky. Under the soda fountain had garbage and wrappers. Place looked very unkempt. We were going to eat inside but ate in our car instead.

Didn't even get to taste the food because the system was "bugging out" couldn't take my cash when I even said to keep the change. Won't be coming back.Taking the order we were also told they were out of patties. The guy taking the order was rude and couldn't care any less.

When I was younger, we lived near an A&W drive in simular in style to Sonic. It was our favorite place to eat. They seem harder to find, so when we came upon this KFC/A&W combo restaurant, I knew we had to try it. They didn't have a lot of dine-in guests while we were there, but their drive-thru was very busy. I have never eaten at this restaurant before and I have to say the food was great, maybe even better than I remembered. Their customer service was above and beyond several fast food places we've eaten at. Their burgers were not a specialty type burger, but definitely better than McDonald's. They had a better texture and taste, and their buns tasted really good. I chose the regular cheeseburger, and my husband had the double cheeseburger. Thry had the perfect amount of sauce and mustard on them, along with pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. I'm sure they would remove any of those items if you asked them to. Their signature fries were better than expected. I do wish they would've had a fry sauce or ketchup packet for the fries, but they were really good without a sauce. A lot of places don't offer sauces anymore, so I wasn't too disappointed. As always, their rootbeer is the best.Next time we're in the area, I will try their KFC options and compare them to their franchise near my home. Happy eating!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu for younger kids or those with smaller appetites, and booster seats were available.Parking: There was plenty of parking near the restaurant, and since it was in the same area as a grocery store, there was even more parking available.

Got an order of chicken, and I made the order from the dining room- not the drive through, I ordered a 16 piece meal. While standing there waiting, I checked the receipt. I noticed it was billed as an 8 piece. So I mentioned it to the people preparing the food. I said I was willing to pay the difference. They just added the additional chicken with no questions. I was really happy with how the situation was dealt with. Thank you!

Went here for the first time, I had the bacon burger and it was really good, definitely a very unique hamburger, it was kind of salty but it tasted really good and not like other fast food burgers. Ultimately, the burger stands no match against In-N-Out or five guys burgers but I liked how different it was. The cheese curds were really good and I'm not usually a huge cheese curd kind of guy, the fries were pretty good when they were warm but they got cold very fast. The frosted root beer was good but it's definitely more of a novelty and not something I would ever really be craving. It was relatively expensive compared to other fast food combo meals but still only like 13 bucks.

My husband Went to get me a freeze and they told him it was a 3 minute wait. And he tried giving them time, but after half an hour he went in for his refund. They took his receipt and refused to give it back. Claimed they misplaced it. This isn't my first issue with them... but if you mess up. Own up. You made it a bigger issue by hiding the receipt. I will no longer be going here. They may have refunded him.. but surveys are apart of your company.
