i love ramen at this place its genuinely the best bowl of ramen I've had in Ogden. the poor review is that their hours are abysmal. I think I'm overall done eating here I rather drive to SLC to eat at the Ramen Bar because they have consistent hours updated.

We had the chicken ramen and the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was delicious and noodles were nicely textured. The meat was juicy, especially the bbq pork belly. The ramen was lacking immensely in veggies. We both only had a few bamboo shoots and bean sprouts in the ramen. If you like vegetables ask for extra otherwise it was good. No eggs so ask for that too. Not too pricey.

I’ve been coming here for at least two years now. The waitress is such a sweetie, and the food is always delicious! My mom used to live in Japan and was smiling and sighing the whole time she ate because of the nostalgia. I love the lights on the windows! I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Things you don’t want to miss getting: Tonkatsu ramen, Gyoza, Chicken Katsu, and veggie tempura. And probably everything else. (:

The Ramen noodles were much like what you would find in the Maruchan instant Ramen packages and the chicken seemed like it was reheated or perhaps boiled before hitting the grill.Pop in for a sit down, however. The prices are great and if you're hungry enough, you won't be as picky as me. Maybe.

Went here on my wife's birthday because she really likes Japanese food. She said the sushi was pretty good and I liked the miso they served up, and the edamame was of good quality. But something about the entrees was a little off. I had some chicken ramen and my wife went with a chicken teriyaki bento. The meat in both tasted as though it had been cooked earlier that day and kept around until we ordered and they just reheated it. It's a shame too because the flavor on that teriyaki chicken was solid, it just... tasted reheated. I heard the microwave going a lot in the kitchen so maybe it was.That's not to say this place is bad. On the contrary, it's pretty decent. It has potential to be even better if it just fixes a few things. The staff was great and the place was clean, and portions generous so no complaints there. A 3 might seem a bit harsh, but for me I'm just marking it as an average experience. Chances are we would eat here again in the future and I think people should try it out.

Bamboo here in Ogden Utah on 12th Street is seriously amazing the food is top-notch quality. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that loves Japanese food or is willing to try Japanese food plus they make an exquisite squid salad. Definitely eating there again. The prices are amazing! One bento box fed me and my brother and got us both full.
