The last thing i want is a cold coffee shop on a cold day. Why do you keep it so cold? Also-- its a drink shop for heck. But lets make paying customers ask for a key to the door everytime they need the restroom.

I've always had a good experience here! I last went here a few days ago for an online pickup and there was a woman at the drive up who was an angel!!!! She was so kind with the nicest smile!!!! She made this emotional pregnant woman cry because of how nice she was ? anyways, I would recommend this location above the others. They are nice and usually get my order right without any problems! Highly recommend!

I love this location. Brooke and Clove always give amazing service. I adore the new Caramel Apple energy drink and my stand by favorite is a Tan Frozen mocha. The brownies are so delicious too.

I honestly had a horrible experience this time. Generally it's a really good experience. When I walked to the counter they didn't acknowledge I was there. They just walked right past me without help. I had to interrupt them in order to be helped. I had an online order but it wasn't even made and I was running late for work. The Barista acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I got the blended coffee with extra shots of expresso... personally I did not like the taste if their coffee at all.. it was expensive as coffee is and I ended up dumping it.. not impressed with it myself ... others may disagree.

Since when does anyone like to do the drive thru and there’s no pricing ? I don’t want my coffee to be a mystery price or what ever they feel like charging that day .I won’t be going here again what a pain and super annoying
Love the vibe in this place , love each of the cute barista's vibes ♡ the cutie with the blonde hair&piercings, they also a vibe and are always the sweetest in fluidly answering my dietary questions ♡♡Only thing I dislike is the strawberry flavoring for the pink drink has Red 40 and is advertised to the kiddos drink? we parents be out here keeping our kiddos from this ingredient, I'd love to see some frozen strawberries as a replacement ?❤️
