I am officially 100% done with costa Vida. The portion sizes have gotten miniature and the food quality has gotten worse. I've never had such a dry SMOTHERED burrito in my life. Don't waste your money. There's plenty of local Mexican food that isn't trying to screw you.

This place has gone down in my books. Their portions have gone way down and prices are up of course like everyone else. But come on keep your portions the same and not skimp out on things that made you company. I also wanted more beans and nope they wanted to charge be for freaking beans lol. Not happy. Maybe theyll get people that care about their customers and their food they make. Not to tastful I most likely won't be back to Costa Vida. Now I have to keep going to Cafe Rio which is the same food.
Ordered nachos today and the employee scooped black bean juice with no beans all over my nachos. I told her there where no beans only juice. Ignored me and just put them in the oven.I got my order and opened them up and all of the chips were soggy. I went back to the cashier and asked for a refund several times. Employee couldn’t understand English. Over and over asked if they could make me another one for messing up. I asked them to please refund my money.After minutes of miscommunication I assumed they were making another one for messing up. Not only did I not get my refund, they messed up my order again!!!!Very disappointing, terrible service and lack of respect!Will not be returning!

Definitely not going back, I ordered 2 salads and the guy that was preparing them was coughing a lot around the food while preparing it(I really wonder if those people have the food handler permit).Also the quality of the salad is not how it used to be, they gave me a small portion of food.

They are consistent in quality of food, and service. My go to is a smothered sweet pork burrito, smothered in their red enchilada sauce. My husband gets a sweet pork salad. Ingredients have always been fresh when I've gone. My primary qualm is if you order online, I wouldn't advise requesting extra meat. I haven't noticed anything different from their regular portions when I have done this in the past. Isn't worth the extra charge for me if I don't notice a difference.

I ordered a salad with extra meat and I barely got any meat at all and very little salad. In fact there was more rice than lettuce in my SALAD. This is ridiculous, I feel like if I was there watching them make it rather than ordering online I would have gotten my moneys worth. This is by far the smallest salad I’ve gotten from Costa Vida.
