Had to wait for a hour to get our food that we could see was ready at the window. By the time we got it was cold. Our waitress seemed to have hurt her eye but the manager we could see from our booth or who we think was the manager. Sat in a booth at the sectioned off ares of booths on there laptop while we just sat and waited for our food. The food was decent on flavor but the service was really bad.

The place smelled super gross when we went to go pick up our food, the portions were lazy and super small. It wasn't worth the money we spent there. And the staff was snobby and rude as hell.

I never like to leave a bad review but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We came in at 11:00 pm and sat for 20 minutes. We were never greeted or even acknowledged us. The restaurant was slow, and empty. The 2 servers on duty sat at a table rolling silverware the whole time, while customers at their table had to get up and ask the servers for something. Honestly if the employees hate their job they should quit. Don’t make yourself and others miserable at a job you hate

Server was unfriendly bordering on downright rude ... just plopped my plate of food down on her way past .... my drink was nearly empty she didn't offer a refill, I wanted hotsauce and wasn't offered any of that ... I almost had to Make a scene to get my drink refilled after asking nicely... I wanted dessert but wasn't offered any ; she just strolled by my table and said " you can just come to the register when you're ready to check out"... food was very tasty

I’m a truck driver and I depend on local restaurant to make their best! I ordered from Uber Eats and Like always I’m disappointed most often then none, I just ordered a brisket sandwich and everything about that sandwich was horrible I thought I feed the dogs outside they smelled it looked at me a ran off, Dennys waisted my time and money

My husband and I have attempted to dine here twice in the last 3 months and we were turned away both times. We were told that they were only accepting Door Dash orders however there were people seated in the dining area on both occasions. 10 pm December 24th 2022. We will not be visiting this establishment again.

They are doing there best for being understaffed! That being said there are major sanitary concerns, for example the server brought me my bacon and it fell onto her tray that had dirty dishes on it, she picked it off with her hands and told me, don’t worry I washed my hands not too long ago. Honestly other than that the food tastes fine, it’s what you expect from a dennys

Absolutely terrible Service. I mean the absolute worst. 12th Street Denny's was one of my favorite places a few years back. It has fallen so short of it's former days. The waitress was rude and insulting. She took forever bringing out the food. The food was cold and unappetizing. I never knew it was possible to undercook cheese sticks. There was a funny smell right as I entered the establishment. Safe to say I don't ever plan on returning

Fast service but sub par food, some of the food was undercooked and our server left the coffee pot at the table which I don't know if it's how it's supposed to be but I found it odd, decent overall

Had a very interesting experience today. It would have been a terrible time however Wendy, our waitress saved the day! She was so fantastic very transparent on what was happening and was so friendly it made the experience so much better. 10/10 Wendy is the best!

The plate looked like it was grabbed from the dirty dishes, the credit card machine is extremely filthy to the point you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I can just imagine the amount of germs on that machine that everyone touches. ?? Shame on management. The waitress was great, very polite and professional, thank her for your 2 stars.

Went for breakfast, first issue was the hostess's attitude was horrible, couldn't take our orders correct so we had to request what we actually wanted again which caused her to have more attitude. At this point she had another server come help us... from then on we were basically on our work no one came to see how things were till they brought the check. My suggestion would be just find somewhere else, i can see them going out of business unless they get new management or something drastic.

Maybe it's just this Danny's, but service needs improvement. We waited for 20 minutes to get our order and another 50 to get our food., there was 4 people total in the restaurant, we kept letting them we were ready to give our order, we were ready to get the check. The waitress seemed annoyed with us and her job.

Denny's you need to pay your employees more. Our waitress was AWESOME and was basically running everything and she had only been there a week. Please treat your employees better, anyone who can work in a Denny's is a superhero.
