I asked if I could have my 8 cookies in individual boxes she told me yes. She didn’t have the cookies I needed but could make them perfect I will do that. Then I asked for two more cookies and they could be in a box together.She told me I can’t have 2 cookies in a box that they all have to be in a box together after I had already ordered paid and she put the cookies in the oven.These were gifts and that’s why I wanted them in their own boxes. I will not come here again I know twisted sugar would put all my cookies separate and not tell me one thing and then tell me now I can’t. NEVER AGAIN. Not even worth the price either

Went there to try for the first time 10/21/23 at 7:30 pm and even though it says they don't close until 10pm they were closed??? Post your hours correctly.Update: no manager called me and today is the 28th.

Drive over for some cookies and this was going to be our first time trying this chain but at almost noon they were closed with the lights on and someone in the store with no cookies in sight with the door locked. Very disappointing.
The only reason this is 4 stars is because technically, the order was wrong. I ordered a Reverse Reese’s and I got raspberry filling with the Reese’s toppings. It was a happy accident. It tasted delicious and my wife and I both agreed it was our favorite.Maybe add this to the menu or give it a shot yourself. It was really good.

First time there. The cookies are above and beyond what you think. I can’t remember the name but I had the one with Reese’s on top! The cookie is heavenly divine. Just needed a cool glass of milk and a couple days to eat it.
