This store has to be the absolute worst place to order delivery from says 30-40 minutes better be ready to wait over an hr longer than that then call them and ask them where it’s at and I live about 10 minutes away from here says it just went out for delivery waited another 30 minutes before I got a message saying it was out for delivery ordered at 5:30 still haven’t gotten pizza and it 7:00

I ordered a meatZZa pizza ( it comes with pepperoni, sausage, beef and ham and I got it with garlic parm sauce and some HM bbq sauce on the side. It took over an hour to get here which was fine, they were busy. And when it got there, it had absolutely no meat. And they forgot the bbq sauce We called back and they said they will get it remade for us it will be another hour. Okay whatever. Then an hour and a half later we called them to check on the status of the pizza. And they told us they didn’t even make it yet. My husband asked to speak to a manager. And they got the manger and my husband kept asking what his name was and the manager told us they are not required to tell us their name. And they said they will remake the pizza and it will be about 20-35 minutes. Okay fine. Got to us. And it only has pepperoni and ham. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. It seemed like it was run by teenagers with no actual management experience. I will not be going back here ever. And we will be calling corporate. It took 3 hours for a pizza to be made correctly.

My pizza was completely raw. Just totally uncooked dough, as if they let the pizza have a peek in the oven, and it decided it wouldn't like to go in there.
