The gal at the counter was rude and acted like we were bothering her when asking a question. Even though we were the only ones there at that time. The bread is amazing as always! If there was another store near by, we'd go to another store based solely on how we were treated.

Food was good. Guy with the man bun is either a bit slow or passive aggressive. Couldn`t figure out which.

You can count on them stocking consistent and fresh items on their shelves. I have ordered from them on several occassions. The store is organized, inviting and welcoming. It is nice to have a great bakery that you can count on!

If you’re looking for a great bakery in Ogden where the food is delicious and the service is courteous and welcoming, then look no further than literally anywhere else than Great Harvest Bread. I’ve never felt so condescended to in my life, and I can’t remember the last time my money was so wasted on such a mediocre dining experience. I wanted to try a new place near my workplace, and not only am I thoroughly disappointed with the management team here, I’m having trouble understanding why this place is even still open.

The food at the Great Harvest Bread on 48th South isn't bad, but it's not really good either. It prides itself on the old-style pioneer look and atmosphere, but Great Harvest tastes like Entenmann's. I dealt with two different employees, and they were nice, but neither seemed to know much about their menus -- and they didn't care enough to find out the answers to my questions. Unfortunately, the interior isn't enough to make up for average fare and disinterested, untrained staff. There are better bakeries on 25th Street; go down and check them out.

The food at the 4800 South Great Harvest Bread isn't bad, not really, but it's not good either. For all the old-fashioned folksiness of the atmosphere, Great Harvest tastes like nothing so much as commercial processed fare, like Twinkies with a good PR firm. The two employees I dealt with were pleasant enough, but neither seemed to know much about their own products -- and they didn't make any attempt to find out the answers to the simple questions I asked. Ultimately, the surroundings aren't enough to make up for mediocre food and bored, ill-informed service. I suggest you go down to one of the far better bakeries on 25th Street for authentic breads and engaged staff.
