They will not answer my phone calls so I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. I paid almost $70 and didn't get half the food I order. I am so mad. I do not eat out and this is why! My husband had surgery today so I thought I would take an easy night and not cook. Only to get home and we are missing half the order! The phone is off the hook, I have called 26 times and got a busy signal EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I doordashed an ordered. I ordered a double cheese burger meal. With no pickles and a large Dr Pepper. I received a cold burger with pickles on it. A rootbeer instead of a Dr Pepper. No straw. And no fries. Terrible terrible terrible service. Will not make that mistake again.

Ordered the 5 pice tenders with mash potatoes and coleslaw the tenders are the size of my pinky finger and the potatoes had a size of a dime gravy never been so disappointed before first time having KFC in 15 years apparently not missed

This is by far the worst KFC ever.. forgot half of each of the meals we ordered, then when I called, the manager Jose basically told me to drive back down and pick it up, and said that's to bad. Like for real.. no gravy, daughters meal missing her sides, my husband's sauces missing, no chicken in my bowl.. peoples would never tell their customers to bad... your store sucks at serviceDecide to give this store a second chance, we'll that was definitely a bad idea.. I used to swear by KFC.. however this lo action has sealed the deal for me forever.. again with missing food, poor service, nasty employees. When I spend $60 on dinner for my family, I expect all my food, our gicken tasted like it had been sitting there for literally 6 hrs dry as heck (original recipes btw) loaded with grease and dry. My dr. Pepsi tasted as if there was cleaning chemicals in my drink which is surprising as how filthy the store is. The staff smelled like pot and was ignorant and rude. When I called about the missing items I was literally told "your lying, it was all in there, I checked myself, dude" out of 4 meals we were missing all but 2 sides. But they threw in 8 extra biscuits that were burnt and hard and could be used as paper weights.If you want good bone in chicken, come to my work, at least we care and won't call you a liar..
