This location (36th and Harrison) is horrible. I go to the one in North Ogden and the one on 12th and Wall and I am always happy with those location, but EVERY TIME I go to the 36th and Harrison location I am disappointed and frustrated. They NEVER have pizzas and bread sticks "Hot and Ready" for pick up. EVERY time I try this location there are either not any, or only one pizza, nor the right kind (pepperoni vs cheese) available. I and many others are always told to wait 10-15 minutes if they want a regular pizza or bread sticks. It is ridiculous. You go to Little Ceasars because you want to be able to walk in and grab a pizza!

I went through the drive-thru, and they said their credit card machine didn’t work, and I could pay with a card if I came inside. I don’t know why they couldn’t use the other card reader while I was at the window instead of making me go all the way around and come inside. I was the only customer.

Absolutely the worst people to deal with. Rude, wont answer the phone, and their answer for it is, "well we're doin' stuff". I get that, you're doing your job and can get busy... But that also includes answering the phone and taking phone orders. Walked in, 3 ppl standing around, your not that busy, so don't tell piss on my head and tell me it's raining. It takes me 10 minutes to drive here, food could have been ready by the time I got here, instead of being treated rudely, and having to sit here cause your lack of work ethic and laziness. Don't like your job, look for another one. Eazy peazy. And don't talk to your customers like a POS. Shameful for sure. Management needs to make some time to visit and make changes. The lack of respect people give and have anymore is absolutely absurd.

After waiting for 30 minutes for a fresh pizza, it was super cold and hard. The pizza was probably sitting for an hour. The staff members were trying to keep up with all the orders. The owners of the place need to hire more people, numerous people walking out due to the wait. I'm really glad I ordered at the counter just to get a cold and crusty pizza.

An awful extremelly long wait for.pizzas that end up just being cold instead of being put into the heaters, they don't care if you already said that you came for an order, they just ignore you and leave the food standing there getiing cold for deliveries instead of being into the heater, the worst little cesar's in all

I ordered a pepperoni with extra sauce which never costs extra. They charged me $2 extra for it, then I waited 25 min for it. When I got it it was cold, not cut properly and LESS sauce than normal. Failed in every front except friendliness which I don'tcare about.
I came around at 820pm they told us that my order would take 30 minutes for it to be done. So I waited in my car looking out for my food and the whole time all the employees were just messing around it's bad communication the waiting is to long and the person that took our order had a very bad attitude and was very rude. There was a lady worker there just sitting around not doing anything just sitting on the counter where you take your order.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible, after repeating my order 4 times they still got it wrong. The lady was extremely rude when I told her it was wrong. No one there knew what they were doing. I had to repay for my order. The worst service I could’ve imagined. I ordered marinara sauce and when I got it was less than half way full barely any was in the container.

Don't get delivery, it's third-party and scummy.I ordered delivery to eat at work so I wouldn't have to close the store for dinner. The website gave an old phone number to Doordash even though it had been updated before processing the order.As well, instead of reading the instructions to my store (I included them) my driver left it *somewhere* on the ground outside the mall, and I had to call customer service to even learn about that. I was never told I must come outside before ordering. I was offered only a partial refund and I never received my food.I love Little Caeser's, but Doordash screwed me over.
