11/10 honestly. we were looking for a brunch spot and decided on this place; and we’re so glad we did. service was fast, everyone was kind, and the restaurant was clean inside. I got the breakfast burrito smothered with country gravy and i’ve never even thought to do that and it was one of the best burritos i’ve ever eaten. The chili verde omelette was equally delicious. if your looking for a place, you won’t be disappointed!?️

A wait of 33 minutes to be seated is arguably unreasonable. There were open tables but some did not get cleared for more than 13 minutes, I’m sorry but it seems like employees are really not into their jobs. Either training is needed or some new personnel to replace. The food is at best less than average, prices seem a bit high for the quality and service. A return trip to this establishment may not occur. Has anyone tried Criddles Cafe at 350-37th St? I would ask that you try and compare, a world of difference!

This review is solely based on customer service and wait time. If I could give less than 1-star, I would.Arrived on a Saturday at 11 am. Just two of us eating. Told there would be a 30-minute wait. Got a seat after about thirty minutes. Robin, the waitress, took our order. Then we waited and watched as multiple customers were seated after us, ordered, served, and paid.After an hour of waiting for our order, and never once being checked on by Robin (mind you other servers had showed up by then). We walked out.In the restaurant industry, a simple check-in by the server or other members of the staff, is all it takes to reassure customers of their services. So sad this place has lost touch with this procedure and instead focuses on the loop hole statement of “fresh not fast.”

Good attentive service, great atmosphere and the food was scrumptious. The Coca-Cola displays were by the bathrooms and was quite interesting. The wait was quite long and unexpectated, but was worth the Ling wait.
