I tried the mango Boba tea and loved it. I plan to go back to try the brown sugar Boba. The place has a small seating area and was clean. Cashier was friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Got a brown sugar milk tea boba, it was so gross tasted like watered down coffee with a weird after taste. 2nd drink was a peach mango smoothie, tasted super sour and not at all of peach and mango. I've been going here for years and it is the first time I've had a drink taste like that. Straight into the trash. Not sure if it's because there's new people working there but super disappointing.

Their fruit bobas are AMAZING, but their coffee ones and others aren't as amazing. They're still really tasty, but I like their fruit bobas better. But my fav one is the brown sugar milk tea boba. IT IS SO GOOD!!!

So I got the milk tea boba. I do love milk tea boba, but out of all the boba places I've tried the Macha at this shop mid and another of the other drinks from the milk teas were kinda mid. Other than the brown shugar that one was

My default boba is a lychee/coconut smoothie; this is what I base my opinions on when I visit new boba shops.I thought it was super good! The smoothie itself was wonderful and sweet, and had just the right amount of perfumy lychee. There was something a little off with the pearls though, maybe they were too old?All in all I was very happy to find boba smoothies, and I’d definitely be up for trying this place again. ❤️

As a boba shop, you shouldn't be running out of regular boba hours before closing time.

I’ve been here several times and had no issues ever but I did visit yesterday and it made me question if I would come back sadly. I had went with my friend and he had asked if one of the FEATURED menu items was smoothie style like it was in bold letters on the menu screen and the girl behind the counter looked at him as if he had asked her some absurd question. She was like “we don’t know what that even is” and he pointed up at it and she was like “yea I don’t know what it is”. So then he was like okayy so then what can you guys make then and she’s like “pineapple smoothie” so he just got that since they didn’t know anything. And I say this because when I was ordering I wanted a coffee with regular boba (which again is in fact on the menu) I had asked if they had milk alternatives and she again was like “umm idk I can look” so she goes to look and then comes back a few mins later to tell us. On the menu it says you can get coffee with flavoring so I was asking what flavors do you offer for the coffee and she literally again looked at us like we were asking the hardest question ever. She goes “like what do you mean flavors” low key I was flabbergasted. Like I literally was like the thing you put in coffee to make it taste even better… and the only thing she could come up with in her head was “I can make Carmel macchiato” and I was like sure let’s do that then. I asked if I could get it over ice and then again she WAS CONFUSED I was kinda shocked I was like yes I want it over ice like ???? I don’t know if both of these girls were brand new and un supervised or maybe high I don’t know but seriously I just couldn’t believe I had to explain everything for them. We waited prob over 10 mins for them both to be done which is fine but then I sip up the boba pearls they were hard in the middle so they weren’t even cooked all the way it was just so annoying for both drinks it cost close to $20 for all of that. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were new and left in supervised but it still was just a weird experience.

i’ve been going to pearl milk tea club for about 4 or 5 years. i LOVE this place and it never failed me. till today. today i got my boba that i usually get and the tapioca pearls are HARD. if i chew through them they have chunks and im overall very disappointed. maybe this review will reach the manager & they will maybe set something up to where the boba is freshly made. or not left in temperatures to make it hard. overall sad because i was so excited to get my boba today. maybe next time…
