Ordered online, half order was correct. The second burger was missing half the toppings (specifically the ones that cost extra) and even though I had specified dairy/gluten free, the "allergy friendly" burger was placed touching the regular gluten bun/melted cheese burger. We had to drive back and get it fixed which they did replace, thankfully. I've come 3 times to get myself a dairy free shake/ice cream and 2x they say it's too frozen and they can't scoop after taking my order and this time I got a "shake" that was just chocolate milk. Dairy free ice cream is very icy and I got nothing besides a chocolate milk drink that cost $7 and was very disappointing. Overall I hate how much I spent on disappointing food that had too much cross contamination and will no longer come to Shake Shack. The first time we came they seemed to be very allergen friendly as far as they can without a dedicated kitchen but now, it's not worth my time or money. My husband enjoyed his burger though, so that's good I guess.I am marking this as take out as we ordered pickup but since my food had to be remade, my husband got to sit and eat his food and I got to eat mine in the car which is not ideal with gluten free buns and their ability to fall apart.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free and gluten free options though the kitchen is shared. They will make note of allergies and say they try to minimize cross contamination with cooking. Then place burgers facing/touching each other in the bag so it means nothing.

I expected a nostalgic restaurant with great old fashioned burgers and shakes that you could choose from. The burgers were disgusting and there was only 3 types of shakes to choose from. Very disappointed.

We had heard a lot of hype about this place, unfortunately it was just that- hype. Not a great value, we got 2 single cheeseburgers and shared a fry and shake for $25. Burgers are small and very basic, not poorly done just nothing exciting. Fries are crinkle cut and don't get soggy so that was nice. The shake was pretty good, which is good to represent the name. It ranked middle of the pack for good burger places around here so we won't be in a hurry to go back.

I should have read the reviews before stopping by. It had to be the 2nd worst hamburger I had in the past year. The bun was soggy and tasted doughy. Fries were good was the high point. Quite pricey for the low quality of food offered. The counter help was pleasant and brought the food to our table. There is no atmosphere that made it stand out. And it was cooooold in the chow hall. We will not be going back. We had ro run to out vehicle to warm up.

The service was amazing, the food was high quality and delicious! Honestly shocked by some of these reviews! Its prices pretty much the same as any fast food joint these days and the hospitality and food quality make it much better in my opinion!

Just stupid how expensive this place is. And there is 0 flavor to their burgers. You get cheese and meat. That's it. All you're tasting. I will never come here again and moreover will go out of my way to never eat at a shake shack again.$30 for two burgers, a small ice-cream and a small fry. We had water cups. $30. Just dumb.
The staff was friendly, especially Itzel. The food was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the non-dairy chocolate custard.Parking: The handicap spots were very convenient to the front doors and well designed sidewalk.
