All I wanted was to get something fast on my home from work. What I noticed right away about the man taking my order was the absolute complete lack of enthusiasm and interest in taking my order. His voice and energy level almost sounded like an emo teenager reading their diary to themselves. I didn't know if I should give this man my order or tell him everything was going to be okay.What followed was an insane amount of waiting. I then watched more people drive up and wait, get tired of waiting and leave. I even saw a family that was tired of waiting for help on the inside of the restaurant and attempt, on foot, to order food in a drive-in booth. They got tired of waiting there as well and gave up.I was determined to get my food though because I am poor and I can't just throw $15 away. Which, for two sandwiches (no combos) and a medium drink is kind of ridiculously overpriced, but I digress. At one point I found myself inside the establishment where I remembered abruptly that there is a giant wall that was built in between the customer and the people that can help them. There is a button that can be pushed to summon someone to come be annoyed at you. I decided not to push it and distract people from making my food and so I made the walk of shame back to my car and continued to stare mindlessly at the screen assuring me that my food is in the kitchen.Finally the screen told me that someone was bringing me my food. After a few minutes the screen went back to the ordering menu and I still did not have my food. At this point I knew it was time to make my way through the drive through and so I went.An annoyed woman told me that my order was entered into the system as an online order and not an order that was placed at a booth. The tone of her voice told me that she felt it was completely my fault.The ironic thing is the food was really good. I tried the two new burgers the bbq burger and the garlic butter burger and they were excellent. Its just getting the food that is just so unnecessarily difficult, its like trying to solve a puzzle of how to have these people make your food and then somehow get it to you and I just don't know if its worth all the hassle.

when doordashing, i received 3 separate orders, two of which were incorrect. When trying to fix it for the customer- we were greeted by the manager? with nothing but attitude- she took back the food, did not discard of it (to hand off to the next dasher- but per law- they are not supposed to re give out orders that were already handed out)- accused me of opening the bag- when they hadn’t closed the tape, and was just all around rude to us- as well as her employees. i feel bad for all who work there- hopefully corporate does something about this disrespectful manager- who obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing and takes it out on everyone else. i understand fast food is stressful, but if you’re going to be a manager- manage your store- and your emotions.side note- the worker with long red hair and i believe she had braces? was nothing but a sweetheart- with excellent customer service skills. those employees do not deserve to have such a toxic manager… if you end up needing a new one- i’d recommend the girl with the red hair.

Would leave 0 stars if possible!! Won't serve 30 mins before closing so they can clean and leave early, absolutely terrible customer service and can't make the meal right half the time anyways

I went to get a lemon berry slush and to try the new buffalo chicken bites. The food was very hot and they were surprisingly good. Probably not very healthy, but it was comfort food. I love buffalo chicken dip, so I was excited to try these. Would definitely recommend them! The server wasn’t very friendly and as far as atmosphere, I went through the drive through so I was in my car. I would order this again.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, but I don’t believe they have vegan options.Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly options on the menu.

Made us sit at the ordering stations for 5 minutes and then said they would only take our order at the drive through. Why have them if you don't use them? The slushes we ordered were completely ice at the top and when we asked if she knew which was which she just stood there dumbfounded until we drove away. I think it goes without saying no one would go there if it wasn't for the half priced drinks but this was below the low bar that has been set.

My son & I went in around 730pm tonight. Was very clean. Employees friendly nice. Was having problems with the gift card reading in the machine. Manager came out &.ended up solving the issue. Even tho they were shorthanded they still did an amazing job. I was a lil hesitant @ 1st cuz of all the other awful horrible stories u hear about from other food places in 12th but nine about here so I decided to try it. Sooooo glad I did. I'll most definitely go back again. I was also use to Brigham City Sonic DO NOT EVER go there. Worst place. This Sonic would be worth the drive. I really wish I could've gotten the 3 Employees names cuz they were absolutely amazing!!!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT to them for such amazing happy positive experience tonight. Thanks & y'all rock. U 3 should most definitely be recognized for your outstanding superior work!!!!!!!!!!! The manager went far & beyond for us!!!!!!,

this is not a place to go if you are on a budget. the buffalo chicken bites are good but over priced. it's too expensive to eat this menu. the workers were really nice and fast though and the food was

Their systems are conveniently down for 10 minutes. Everyone is outside smoking cigarettes, how will they know when the computers are back online. They need to purge and Start fresh.

Never had a problem with the food but the service is the worst consistently I've ever seen anywhere. Orders are so slow to get out wait times are unacceptable, the Stalls never work and never get answered, the employees are not well trained at all or don't care or both. I only go to this location because there are none closer within reason so always Order ahead and even then be prepared to wait.

This sonic is soooooooooooooo incredibly slow. The stalls have not been on/worked in months, They don’t even acknowledge you for a good two minutes when your at the menu to order.thank the lord when the drinks or food do come they’re good. Just be prepared to wait for at the very least five to ten minutes in the drive thru.

Overall good place but there's a 50/50 issue I noticed half with management not having enough employees and the other which is the main issue is employees need to know sonic isn't like others it's more fast paced and more interactive with customers so it's more physically demanding then other fast food

Went through the drive thru, tryed to order for me and my kid and the person on speaker rudely say I can't hear you so I get closer reorder and ask if they got all of it ( the screen was broken so I couldn't see if everything was correct ) and instead repeating it they just say "is that all and click off", I get to window pay and wait ( knowing they didn't get it right) they handed me a few things and still didn't get it right, I got after the person and said don't have shitty attitude and maybe you'll get the order right. I said dude next time be respectful but because I said dude and it was a girl "she" got all mad and shut the window and flipped me off. I waited and honked until a lady finally came up and asked what happened and I told her she finished my order. Bad customer service and has no right to be there, also it is not are job as the customer to know what you think you are, a boy or girl or cat or whatever it's not are job. Wouldn't ever go back to this sonic l.
