I absolutely love subway and it's usually really good. This time my sandwich had sooo much sauce on it that I had to wipe it off with a napkin in order to hold it. Still tasted amazing, maybe just make sure it's a sandwich and not a soup bowl.

food was really good, but the girl with brown hair toasting our bread around 7 pm december 5th was super passive aggressive and her tone was rude. my partner and i both agreed that she was being rude after we left the restaurant, probably wont come back to this location after trying subway for the first time because this young girl made it uncomfortable for me. the blonde working with her was way more friendlier, and worked very fast and hard to get our sandwiches made. if i was the rude brunette, i'd try my best to be more like my blonde counterpart

Kriss and Rex were amazing. I hate paying for 6” knowing that 12” is a better deal…. But I never eat a whole 12” in one sitting…. Kris wrapped half and put all the sides in a separate bowl!!! 1/2 is going to be great for lunch tomorrow!!

I went to this location on Aug 18 2023 A nice lady who worked there was cleaning up after a child who had an accident. I too had to use the restroom because I had a stomach ache. I had intended to buy something but my stomach was literally turning and decided it would be best to go home. This nice lady was now behind the counter. Her name was Diana. She changed her tone as she saw me leaving.In front of about 10 customers she yelled at me called me a liar and that I am never to return to their store. I am not homeless in fact I was attending a gala at the egyptian theater just prior. This lady looked methed out no teeth and yelling at me and telling me not to return. So I took my family of 5 and we went and had dinner at the union grill...much classier and I could use the restroom without being yelled at considering that I still had a stomach ache.There's about 15 subway restaurants between my home and this location yeah no need to return and ever be treated like that.

We ordered food online, 2 footlong sandwiches. In 20 minutes we left it house to pick up our food. We arrived and I stay in the car while my wife went in to pick up the pre paid sandwiches. After almost 15 minutes I went inside to see what the wait was about. Now by this time we were first in a long line if people. After another 5 minutes they noticed that our sandwiches had been sitting on the counter, finished, the entire time. They picked them up and dropped one on the floor, it was wrapped but not in a bag. She put it in the bag and placed it on the counter for us to take it. With a long line of people now waiting for sandwiches I wasn't about to wait longer so we went home. I contacted the owner, who didn't seem troubled that this happened. Maybe she thought I was making it up, but this was just too much. She gave me the typical half ass sorry and said that they were under staffed. I would have been happier with a few drink and a sandwich replacement. Not noticing the food was just a mistake. Dropping and selling it was a more serious problem. The biggest issue was the owner ignoring it. I am very polite and as you can see, my response was fair and detailed. Maybe they get a lot of fake complaints, I don't know. I seldom write these reviews, but the dropped food and poor customer service required it from meI had experienced another similar event with a different Subway location recently and told this owner we weren't coming back to her store. It is conveniently located less than a mile from my house. What I didn't tell her is that I work at the nearby university and am frequently asked about where I might want food ordered for medium to large groups, for different activities. Can you guess who I won't be recommending?

July 3 I order subway hamm swiss when urber delivered to me the sandwich was wrong so few day later I went in were I order from Diana and Anna was soooo awesome great treated me so nice Dianna made me a sandwich was so great and Anna was so funny and she very professional and she has good attitude so Diana I recommend see those girl's they are so cute and funny Soo good customer service and they are best in town I thank them and I feel like home they treated me Soo good I can't ask anymore these girls made Best sandwich I don't like Jersey Mike's and Jimmy johns they are worse sandwiches I will not ever buy any those two only subway best and those girls Soo awesome thank you have good day. I'm give Diana and Anna ten star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ plus they deserve it.
