I get off work at 2am, and every single time I've visited this location, they're out of half their menu, OR (most recently) their grills are off so I couldn't order any hot food. Maybe just DON'T be a 24 hour location if you can't maintain service at all hours?

(NOV 2023)thought Id give this place another shot and I wish I hadn't all my food was cold and stale again, management please fix this!!!!!(November 2019)Absolutely pathetic, I've never been more dissapointed with any fast food restaurant the Pilot and Taco Bell need to find another manger and a whole new crew staff were rude food was poorly put together, cold and stale. I will probably never return to this full station again and definitely not be getting food from there

For being Taco Bell on weeknight I’m going to give this location 5 stars. The cashier and staff was friendly, food was Taco Bell fresh decent and correct. They have 5 different kinds of sauces these days. Cool beans! What can you ask for these days? Just grateful for a hot meal and thank you for providing for the truckers.

Ordered crunchy tacos tonight and realized after we had driven through the drive thru that our taco shells were RANCID!!! I TRIED TO CALL TWICE BUT NO ONE WOULD PICK UP THEIR PHONE!!!
Worst service imaginable! Asked for the manager multiple times only to wait, finally Kelsie comes to the window after they had missed my order and not made it properly and I was told to come back, they failed to document me as a customer. Very rude at the window and the girl on the headset was also very distracted and all over the place. I wouldn't go back there if I had too. For taco Bell's remake policy and customer policy that they pride themselves on and have written in multiple restaurants, this place doesn't care or give any concerns for their customers or the quality of services they provide their customers one bit. Not only was I going to get my order replaced but I was ordering additional food. It was 2 simple bean burrito to be replaced. Ridiculous! So I ended up cancelling my order and now I'm taking time out of my busy schedule to write a review. Very unhappy with the way I was treated at this restaurant.
