I can't say I've had any of their food that I can say this establishment? Does things professionally accurately appropriately? And I'm excited to see them next time. When I do get food with this location? This is why I do reviews. So I know who the good locations are and which ones need to work on what they're doing. You guys were swarmed. Had 2 guys literally walk out. I don't know if they quit. Or whatnot? And you still kept professional in all of what was going on. Kudos, to you guys excited to see you next

Poor service at this location. Multiple times I’ve gone inside to pick up a mobile order and been ignored by workers. Today I had two workers make eye contact with me then just look away. I could see my completed order under their heat lamp but had to wait about 5 mins to be acknowledged and handed the order. The location was not busy so I couldn’t see a reason it should have taken so long for them to get to me.

Worst crunchwrap I've ever had. It's mushy & for whatever reason it's spicy hot, like they put the hottest hot sauce on it before I ordered it. TERRIBLE!!!!

The company Needs to replace the 2 tweakers at the window taking orders….. tall skinny guy late 40s is aggressive annd poor at taking orders. He literally yells at you multiple times to stop or slow down and even when you snail the order he still gets it wrong. and big Mexican lady is clearly on something aswell her eyes are crazy and she licks her lips after everything she says with the crazy eyes. She’s given me the wrong drinks the wrong food and they both forget stuff I always have to go back into the store. I’ve gone to this tacobell for 12 years. It’s never been this bad and I’m finally fed up. I really don’t want to drive somewhere els please fire these two. It’s not a good look for the company.

Taco bell is a great comfort food place. I marked the Atmosphere a little low just because the front counter seemed empty and it was hard to find someone to talk to. Food was a little cold, but still tasty. Matt G. did great customer service for us.
Stopped by at 1A.M. 02/10/24 and had a great server at the Harrison Blvd location. It's rare now anyone puts a little effort into what they do however the drive thru employee as well as the employees putting my order together all were great. It's nice to have great service and my order was made correct, hot and neatly packaged.

On two separate occasions, I have had two different staff members give me a complimentary drink. They didn't mess up my order, I was already paying for food--so it wasn't that they were lazy and didn't want to run my card, and I didn't ask for it. They just gave them to me because they "wanted to make my day better".I go out of my way to go here now because they did that for me. I don't go expecting them to do that again, but I do because I appreciate that they did. I think they're trying to improve their public reputation amid a string of poor reviews, and they'll always have my business.Furthermore--and I hate coming off as a staunch traditionalist--but the newer Taco Bell designs have always looked super lame to me, and this one has yet to be renovated to that design style. The new design lacks color and vibrance, both of which this one has. This actually makes a significant difference to me when considering whether or not I am going to sit down or head to the drive thru. These people are trying and they care, and the food is, as always, what you'd expect from Taco Bell. It's fine.
One of the few times here in Utah where I've said thank you in the drive-thru and they actually replied “You're welcome”. A pleasant experience to say the least. The food was great and I felt good leaving the drive-thru of a fast-food restaurant for the first time in a long time.
