Ordered the Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail. I was disappointed when my lobster was over cooked (really rubbery) and almost over cooked my filet mignon. Not my favorite teriyaki restaurant experience.

In town for s conference- and went here two times to this restaurant. Brought a group on my second visit- and they loved it too. Mildred, our server, was great and so was the sushi.

Unfortunately not what we were hoping for tonight for our family date night. Didn’t have to wait long to be seated which was nice, but the service kind of took a few steps back from there. Had to ask for straws and chopsticks on separate occurrences. We ran out of water 4 times during the meal (I know this sounds “extra,” more so a personal preference). The food unfortunately was incredibly salty. The sushi rolls weren’t fresh. The rice was undercooked giving the rolls a very unpleasant texture. The fried rice was incredible, as was the sautéed shrimp. My filet mignon was unfortunately overcooked as was my salmon. Everything was drowning in sauce which was a bummer. They forgot my daughter’s sushi roll and my other daughter’s steamed rice. The traditional show was nice and my kids enjoyed it. For a family of 4, it was pricey. With tip it was just shy of $200.

We just had dinner with our family. Our order wasn’t correct so we didn’t get our steak for one person. The other steak was ordered rare , it was COLD. The cook did none of the normal entertainment that typically comes with this type of place. It seemed as though he was trying to get off shift. He flung shrimp at one guests only..and so fast it wasn’t the normal fun activity you experience..he simply through shrimp at him. When we let the server know our order was wrong she did take the missing steak off the ticket. I don’t feel like we should have been charged the already calculated tip for our $250 meal. We normally love coming but tonight was awful. Hope you can resolve these issues. We will not be coming back sadly.

Had a bit of a wait to get seated - thought this was a good sign because of their business. Once seated I was walked past by staff numerous times before being attended to, not to sound pretentious but it was a little excessive. Staff was polite, kind, and courteous once they finally made it to me.The sushi itself was nearly flavorless and the rice was hard. Maybe the hibachi is the highlight at this joint?

My wife and I decided to tried Tokio Station for the first time last night. We walked in and were asked if we wanted Teppanyaki or sushi. Sushi just means that you get seated in a regular table instead of in front of a grill. We got a bunch of appetizers, California rolls, noodles, rice, beef and chicken. The food was amazing, the place was really fun, but, unfortunately, our waitress was appalling. She took our order, brought us our drinks and disappeared until she brought our food. Twenty minutes later, I really wanted a refill on my drink, and when she finally showed up, she brought me a new drink, but just walked by, put the cup in the table and kept walking. It was just weird. She showed up for a third time to bring our check, and the same thing: I put my card on the check, she takes it, comes back and drops it as she's walking by. I understand bing busy, and maybe she was overwhelmed because there weren't enough waitresses, or whatever, but that's no reason to be so cold, to the point of rudeness. Every table around us had a different waitress, and nobody else acted like that. She didn't even act like that when she interacted with the people at the teppanyaki tables. We were the unlucky ones, I guess.
