Waited in line for 10 minutes, I get up to the register and the male cashier walks away. I wait another 7 minutes and then walked out all the while drive thru is moving along just fine so it’s not like they aren’t too busy. I’ll never be back here.

Unbelievable how long they take in between orders. I’ve been in the drive through for over 20 minutes. No cars in the parking lot or people inside the lobby. What could they possibly be doing taking so long with only 5 cars in the drive through?

Generally all the Wendy's around here have very poor service. However, Jason at this store is a major bright spot. He does it all; Quickly and efficiently while making it a point to remember your name and have a conversation.

I don't see how this restaurant can stay in business with consistently poor service and screwing up orders. I've went there in the past and have had to wait a long time for my food and had multiple orders that were wrong. I decided to give them another try since I haven't been there in a long time. My order again was wrong. In fact, my spicy chicken came in a hamburger wrapper and despite asking for no tomato, it had a tomato. How do they stay in business with McDonald's and Cafe Rio across the street? Whoever manages this franchise doesn't care and nor do the employees they hire.

I went for a lunch meal at around 12pm noon, so if there are some impolite staff members (like some of the other reviews have stated) it may be during late shiftsParking: Plenty of spots for parking around the building, plus some across the street (Harrison) if you're desperate

Requested food, 1 car at drive through. My husband and I where only customers inside. Needless to say our entire order was cold. Our hamburgers and frys tasted. Come on you over charge for lesser food it can atleast be fresh and hot.
