This Zaxby's is going to be the reason Zaxby's gets big in Utah. This is a Georgia approved Zaxby's. Everyone else does not drink the Zaxby's juice if they don't like it. Move on! Great service from everyone there (3 guys). Chef said he made the food with love. I believe him.
Had a big order. The staff had it done on time and everything was correct. Definitely recommend Zaxby's.

We went around 8:00pm and there was quite a line. All to find out there was only one person on the floor. Hunter did an amazing job, he was not only being super polite at the drive through he was also bagging and checking people out. He helped with every thing we needed while also helping someone with there order at the drive through. We certainly hope he is getting paid enough for his effort. It not easy doing that and he made it look as it was! Thank you Hunter!

I went through the drive through and they never gave my credit card back. When I called them they acted like it was my fault and weren’t helpful. Since I don’t live local it has been a huge pain. The chicken on my sandwich was like a rubber tire too. Avoid this place at all cost!

I tried to order my meal and drink and was interrupted during my drink order. When I tried to repeat my order, the order taker talked louder and over my order again furthering the confusion. Professionalism goes a long way with taking orders, I know from experience. I will not be continuing to be berated by food workers at this location.

I have been to this location three times now and the wait is always 20+ minutes and they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. They’ve charged me for the meal I ordered but delivered/given me a smaller, cheaper meal.

Came in yesterday, was not greeted when I walked in. Nor was I greeted for about the 3-4 minutes I was standing up front, she even acknowledged that I was there and nobody else was in there besides 2 people waiting for their food. Horrible customer service the food was good but the experience was not. Hire better workers or be better people. Don’t recommend this location for anyone.

We went thru the drive thru the speaker response was quick however when we got to the window the staff member did not come to the window for almost 10 minutes once we got our food we were very disappointed what I thought would be a large sandwich was the size of a street taco for the amount of time we waited at the window and the amount of money we spent do not waste your time eating there if ya want good food anywhere else will be better literally anywhere else

I thought I’d left a review for this Zaxby’s before, and it seems like no matter how many chances we give this location, we’re let down every single time, without fail. The menu lists their Zalads at $10.66. They no longer offer the Buffalo blue zalad, which is heartbreaking, so I ordered a house salad and asked for the fried chicken to be tossed in the tongue torch, which apparently up-charges the salad almost a dollar. Whatever about the money, but when I get my order and my chicken is NOT tossed, that I paid additionally for, that seems a bit wrong, right? So I take my salad back up and tell the miserable young lady who seems to hate her life and everything around her, and instead of offering to properly toss the chicken like what I paid for, she hands me two packets of the sauce for me to do it myself. We love Zaxby’s, we’re from the south and we have dined at many Zaxby’s, but this one is always so disappointing and it is very unfortunate. This location would probably be decent if the customer service was a step up from what it currently is, because never have we been treated kindly here, the team taking orders always seems so angry at the world and they don’t care about the people who are currently keeping your business open, for now. Looking at the other reviews, it seems we are not the only ones, in todays world, with the outrageous prices, people are picking and choosing where they dine, and we’re not going to continue coming somewhere where we feel like we’re a burden supporting a business, seems a little backwards. Do better.
