When we ordered we had to repeat our order three times they didn’t give us the right amount of fry’s. We ordered nine plain classics and they gave us beef and cheddar, they were incredibly rude. We had to talk to four different people and when the fourth went to the back to get the manager, the manager was trash talking us and said we were lying and that we asked for beef and cheddar. (We all think it’s disgusting)Then when the manager came out, they wouldn’t replace the sandwich’s or give a refund even when we tried to give them back. And to top it off someone in the back wasn’t in uniform they were in sweat pants and a hoodie. 0/5

If I could rate this 0 stars I would.Girl at the window got my order wrong after telling me she'd fix it, the manager inside denied getting it wrong and refused to replace it or take back the food for a refund. She was pretty rude and very unhelpful. So now I have a bunch of cold food I don't want. Definitely would not recommend going here.

The drive thru worker stole my credit card and when confronted they denied it and I know they stole it because 20 minutes later they tried to charge $400 to my card. The manager did nothing about it. Then on top of that when I got home the jalapeno poppers and Mac and cheese bites were burnt tona crisp. Filed a report with the

Great food, the employee taking our order was very friendly and outgoing. The food is as expected from an Arby's; great. Location is a little tricky to get to if you're traveling the wrong direction on the street but overall, would recommend.
