We took our Special Needs class here for lunch! Erica took such great care of us. She came out and talked to our kids and got to know them. We love them!!!!!

These guys have messed up my order a few times. If my family didn't love KFC so much, I wouldn't go back. I don't know if it is due to lack of employees, but it seems like chaos when I go there. This last time, they sent me around to wait for my order. When the person brought my order they didn't bring all the meals I had ordered, then when I told them they went went back in and brought out an extra cake and then I remembered I already ordered the cake and I didn't have it either. So they tried to offer the cake for their mistake but I had actually ordered the cake and paid for it and didn't account for it when I checked my order in the first place. Absolute chaos

I had a great experience here. The employees were awesome! Food was on point as usual. The restrooms were clean. Another customer overheard me saying that the cashier missed my order for an ice cream cone and he bought it for me. It totally made my evening!

Been going to A & W for 70 years. Nothing beats their iced-mug root beer float with a chicken pot pie. Celebrated my 90th birthday there. Thanks A & W:)

Ordered Papa burger with onion rings. Burger was ok. A little sloppy to eat. Bun got soggy. Ended up just eating the meat pattie's. Onion rings were hot and crispy. My dining companions french fries were luke warm and not very appealing. Cheese curds were great. A&W has the best cheese curds.......when they're hot and fresh. Store only had one working restroom. It was fairly clean, but had no hand soap. Which caused me to wonder.....how are the employees washing their hands after using the toilet? Hmmmmm.

Their online app wouldn't work.I went to pick up my food when I found out they didn't get my order online and they wouldn't give me the online price. Ugh after driving there I was not happy. I didn't order anything.

Update August 2023: lemonade is good. Bought a jug for about $8 and you can get refills for just $1 + tax. Definitely recommend.

My daughter loves KFC and this location has the friendliest staff ever (Orem location). She had a large A&W Root beer Float for only $2 with our coupon which was an amazing deal! They do have a drive thru or you can dine in. You can also order ahead and they will bring your food out to your car which is really convenient:) super fast service as well and I would definitely recommend!
