The new system where you place your order and aren’t allowed to see the pizza be made is terrible. Going down the line and picking things out is what makes this place special. I’ll take down the review if this changes and we’re allowed to put together our pizza again thanks!

This place is so good but they have gotten stingy lately. You used to be able to walk through the line and ask for all your toppings one at a time. Now they just have you give your whole order at the cash register and then skimp on the toppings. Sad to see. This new system also seems to make the line take longer. Do better Blaze, this new practice to save money on toppings will hurt in the long run.

This was easily the best pizza I've had, and the workers were super chill. I timed the service and it took less than three minutes to get my food. Super fast service.I did the build your own pizza option, and was super impressed. The crust in particular is just the right amount of chewy and crunchy.10/10

I love blaze but the new way of ordering is not efficient. I used to like watching them build my pizza to make sure it was done properly and with the new way where you order everything all at once it never gets made correctly. The workers deliberately don’t put enough things on the pizza or accidentally leave things off.The reason blaze was great was cause you could get a pie made the way you like it.I speak for everyone who has been with me when attending with the new ordering style. Please revert back to the old way.If it ain’t broken don’t fix it.

I love this place! And I like how you can customize your pizza how you like it. And it’s priced really good too. Kinda busy on weekends but gets out pretty quick

Blaze is the place to go, our family loves this place. Great staff, and they listen to for the toppings you want to add.Vegetarian options: They have a cauliflower crust that is awesome and several great veggies to put on.Dietary restrictions: They adhere to many dietary options per customer.Parking: Many stalls, but when you arrive at the peak time. It tens to be a bit challenging to get a close stall.Kid-friendliness: Kids would love to come in to build their own pizza and see it made right in front of themWheelchair accessibility: The entrance will accommodate wheelchair as well as parking stalls.

Nice blaze pizza food is always good. Just the location is super awkward to get into and park, gets really crowded in the parking lot

Tip Creepware Alert!Blaze Pizza uses digital tipping for counter service, but where does it go? No Transparency. Avoid "Forced-Tip Tech." Look for a traditional tip jar and reward good service directly.Amazing yummy pizza and the staff is always great!

Blaze Pizza really knows how to get a pizza to a customer quickly and still have it be somewhat healthy and amazingly delicious! Every time we have been there has been a line, not all the way out to the door, but at least halfway to the door. The menu is up above where the workers are and it's very straightforward: you pick a size, type of crust, type of sauce, type of cheese, how many toppings and what kind, whether or not you want a drizzle and what kind. They make your pizza and they put it in a super hot oven. It cooks pretty fast because it's a super hot oven and it's super thin crust, unless you ordered thick crust, or blackened pizza. I can't remember what they called it, but if a person wanted it cooked darker. One of our party members keeps getting and 11 in. meat lovers, because he loves it! Another one in our party likes to sample a different one each time and likes everything she's gotten so far. I like 11 in. create your own two topping, regular crust, red sauce, shredded mozzarella, Buffalo mozzarella, and basil. I have had Blaze Pizza three different times in 2 months and I really enjoy it as do my 17 yr. old, 18 yr. old, and 20 year old,Parking: We've had to go and park as far as the old gas station near State Street and University parkway.

My wife and I have eaten at this location before and it's a good pizza. However on this visit we unfortunately could not eat here, and we will never go to this location again. THEY WENT CASHLESS! I'll I had was cash. Do to this decision we won't go back unless they start taking cash again. Now if other locations except cash then we will go to those locations.Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten-Free choices besides salad.

We used to love going to blaze but now they made a change where you don't get to go down the line and tell them what you want. The line lasts a really long time and you have to decide everything right away and can't see how they make it. I wish they never made the change and im not sure how it made things better. It seems to take longer now.

I’ve always enjoyed Blaze , but unfortunately there’s a new system in the Orem location that was started yesterday that’s extremely slow. The line took the longest I’ve ever experienced, around 45 minutes waiting in line to get a pizza. They no longer build the pizza with the customer like they did before. This is particularly problematic if you have allergies. Also no asking for extra of a particular ingredient. So I don’t feel like Blaze has the customer service that used to make for a great experience and food. Hopefully this new system isn’t at other locations.
