I have loved BK for years. I always get the same thing a whopper with cheese no pickles. This Whopper seemed like the meat was smaller so I gave it fewer stars.

I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous I sat at the order menu for 20 minutes had to ask 3 times if I could order them sat at the window for another 20 minutes without talking to anyone need some training or help that'll be my last visit

Super super rude ! They were giving attitude! I got more than 5 whoppers and chicken nuggets i and ask for ranch and Buffalo and they only gave me 1 of each !!! Super rude I don’t recommend this bk !

Today my son had his birthday and both the manager Franci, his co-workers named Santi and the girl whose name I don't remember, but they were very friendly and offered us good service. I just hope they continue with that kind attitude and good treatment towards customers.

I have never been a to a Burger King with slower service than this. I sat at the drive thru window for nearly ten minutes after paying. I watched the employee pace around the register. No one seemed to be helping anybody out in the back.I would avoid coming back at all costs.

Bad service, bad attitude, my girl wanted to eat there and they told us that they were already closing but the schedule says at 10 pm and they kicked us out at 9:33 pm, and we went to the car to eat and 15 minutes later they were still OPEN, WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING Train workers to do a fair job and treat EVERYONE equally.

My experience here was mildly disappointing today. The food was adequate. It was made fresh and quickly. Yet, like other fast food restaurants, this location is charging extra for sauces. It's just annoying.

Drea is awful; my wife and I both agree that she should not be customer facing, she should not be a manager (as I found out). Awful attitude and the way she treats customers. Her final comment to me was she didn't care. (She may as well have added she's only there to get a pay check). And I guess the customer isn't right and don't have it your way, anymore, at Burger King.I used to come to this location when I worked nearer there, but probably good that I don't.I would think that being near a large shipping area during the holiday shopping time, attitudes would be better or at least different.Also the dining room area was very cold, like the heat wasn't running like it should be.By the time we left, no personnel had wiped off tables, of those dirty when we got there or the from people before us (we were there over 30 min). No one was really active at the counter or prep area, either, except for the drive through guy, who my wife said, "have a nice day", as we left.
