One of my favorite places, we are always greeted very friendly by all the line staff and even the kitchen staff, very attentive and the food is super delicious and healthy, I totally recommend it.!!!

If you are looking for fast, this is the place for you. They are so fast they make you panic to place an order, that isn't fully understood and the preparer just throws whatever into a dish, just to shove you down the line. Then you'll get undercooked, crunchy rice, the full stem of the cilantro, and for an added treat, the avocado stem in your guacamole. I hope it's just this location. I've never had this issue before.

I ordered two kids meals and didn't get on one the rice and the other one the beans. We were in the Drive-Thru waiting for 15 minutes even though nobody was ahead of us and when we got the order completed we had to wait another 10 minutes to receive it. They didn't even check on us to see if we still wanted the order or if we were doing okay ,nor offered free drink or say sorry for the delay

First let’s start with the fact they lied to me about military discount. I called corporate to confirm that they still do for veterans, but, the rice was crunchy. I called corporate and confirmed I am meant to receive the 25% off and they refunded my entire order. The only saving grace was the food is amazing. Will come back and see if they actually honor the military discount and update review and amount of stars given.

I specifically came to this location because I wanted a good experience. The locations closest to me have been disappointing lately, so I came to Orem Cafe Rio and they didn’t disappoint. It was clean, they weren’t afraid to give adequate portions, it was clean, and staff members were polite and professional. Thank you, Orem Cafe Rio, for restoring my faith in Cafe Rio!

This location is great for dine-in, but terrible for take out. I can count on one hand the number of take out orders they've gotten right in the last 6 years. I've complained to them, I've complained to headquarters, they can't seem to get it together.——————-Update April 2024, this location is still consistently getting orders wrong, despite the app clearly outlining what should/should not be on each item. The app offers no means of requesting a refund for incorrect orders, and these are things you can’t verify until you get home (e.g., ordering no pico on a salad, the receipt spelling that out, but them still putting pico on the salad).

I do like the food, but the service is horrible. EVERY time. I get something that I didn't order or they don't bring it out to the car when I chose curbside and I have to call corporate because there's no direct phone
