FOR ONCE, we get a restaurant at UVU that doesn't have rude workers and actually delivers.Chick Fil A is obviously great and I don't think I need to say much about the food itself.But I've been to a lot of the restaurants at the food court here and their customer service and delivery (by that, I mean the way the food comes out) is HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRIBLE.A bunch of young adult college kids that feel bad for themselves and feel like they have to take it out on you when all you want to do is buy food. I understand everyone has problems but it doesn't mean you should have a negative attitude. You never know what someone's going through and even if it's worse than what you're going through.But this Chick Fil A lived up to its company's customer service standards. I'm really happy for this Chick Fil A and I'll definitely go here again when I pass through the food court.Oh yeah, I got a Chicken Sandwich with fries and avocado lime ranch. Their avocado lime ranch is cracked.

I’ve now only been here a handful of times and I have a gluten allergy so I have to have the grilled nuggets. Every time I’ve ordered here they always have given me breaded nuggets and act as if it’s the end of the world when I go and ask for the grilled ones again. my receipt has always said grilled nuggets as well and they get it wrong every single time. I am underwhelmed by their ability to read

The workers were very helpful and quick with service. I enjoyed eating there. I ordered the milkshake with the salad and Polynesian sauce and a lemonade. It's a great place to eat at I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys to eat mor chickn!

They don’t take gift cards, the employees took almost five minutes to help me while I stood at the front of the line (they definitely weren’t busy either, the whole time I waited there was like five employees standing around talking to each other about classes), they didn’t give me my sauce and then they acted annoyed when I came back and asked for the sauce again (I don’t feel like I was being rude about it or anything, I’m sure them forgetting was an honest mistake, but one of them scowled at me when I asked, which made me feel bad)It wasn’t even close to closing time either. It was just such an uncomfortable experience all around.
Worst cfa I've ever been to. The fries were old and mostly crumbs, my sandwich was literally cold to the touch, and the drink had no taste. I went to order, a worker told me someone would be with me in a second, then after aimlessly walking around for a couple minutes finally came and took my order herself. Really sad, because I like Chick-fil-a, but this was by far the worst one I've ever been to.

This is a busy location so there is a small wait but the food is always great. Friendly front-end staff. The manager is often checking his phone which seems unsanitary and makes me feel as though he is preoccupied. My last visit the manager stopped the cashier from taking orders so he could show the cashier how to make the frozen drinks.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A at UVU and ordered nuggets, fries, and Chick-fil-A lemonade. I mixed the nuggets, fries, and sauce together and found it to be a tasty combination, rating it 3.5/5. However, the brownies were too sweet for my liking and would only rate them 2/5. Overall, the food was good, but I hope that the restaurant can improve its hygiene standards a bit. It would be great to see more attention paid to this aspect of the dining experience. Despite this, I would still recommend giving Chick-fil-A a try if you're in the area.

Really gone downhill since COVID. Staff were fine, but fries tasted stale and the chicken was sub-par. Very disappointed.

as soon as I entered the premise everything went wrong. the guy who took my order dumbed an empty half cup of doctor pepper into my new cup of doctor pepper that was sitting on the counter. disgusting. and then i get my order it's the wrong order after I said is this for me and the worker said yes. the last straw was returning my wrong order and not getting immediate help for my correct order. I had to ask again for my meal because they forgot about me. it was not my pleasure to be at this chick fila today.
