Let’s start with the Chicken Al Pastor. That is THE best protein Chipotle has to offer. Please make Chicken Al Pastor a permanent option on the menu. I literally waited for it to come back and that is the only protein I request. Everyone who works at the Orem location are the best. They are always welcoming. Shout out to Natalie for always being a real one and always taking care of me and letting all the other co-workers know what my usual order is every single day I step in for a burrito. Shout out to my boy Abraham. He’s always greeting me like as if we known each other for a while lol. It’s like we family in a way. Give Jesus credit because he is always saying hi and you cannot have a great reputation for a restaurant without great cooks. Haven’t interacted with Matt much but he is a dope guy. Greeted me the first time we interacted and was making sure I was well taken care of. Tony seems like a really focused worker which is great. More power and abundance to his future. Orem Location the best location. Valeria is always happy and always having fun talking to the customers. She’s very positive and that’s a great thing. Make a poll to vote for Chicken Al pastor to stay permanently so I can vote for it. Preston is awesome. We officially interacted and he is very nice and chill guy. Nothing but pure humbleness and kindness out of him. Bradley on his first day working last month made me the best burrito anybody has made me at Chipotle. The whole Orem crew need recognition.

Been going to this location for the past few months and I’ve finally had enough. this location may have the worst customer service of any chipotle. the portion size here is the smallest i’ve ever seen. these employees must get to take all the leftover chicken home the way they give you the smallest amount possible. If you actually want to get what you are paying for it’s way worth the extra 10 minute drive to the Vineyard location. the food itself is good but with this type of customer service and portion size I am just waiting for any sort of competitor open up close by and I will be taking my business there.

Similar to other reviews of this location… the employees serve the portions as if they have to pay for it out of their own pockets! Smaller than any other location i’ve been to. I have been, and will no longer be a regular to this location. Vineyard location does much better portions. It seems weirdly personal treatment from the employees who work the night shift. Terrible customer service. I overheard the girl talking behind my back for asking for more chicken when I had paid for double chicken! Wish I got her name so I could include it in this review. If any potential chipotle competitors read this, please open a location in Orem. I want healthy food with the ACTUAL portions that I pay a premium for.

Their phone IVR is unholy. It absolutely refuses to connect you with anyone, no matter what you enter or say. It's absolutely maddening and unhelpful.

Used to be the best chipotle around but the last few I’ve gone the staff has been very unfriendly and the portions are practically nonexistent. Asked for double meat and was given an amount that technically should be just a normal order. Will not be going back.

I was disappointed with my experience here today. The food tasted great, and the service was good. I was just looking for value when coming here...and this restaurant doesn't do that...they have an a la carte menu....so this place really not my thing. Take it for what it's worth.
They gave us undersized bowls and they were out of a bunch of stuff. Will never go to this location again.

We asked the employees to turn down the music so that we could enjoy our experience. Instead they changed to disrespectful and disgusting music. They also closed down the grill two hours before close and did not provide all that is offered on the menu. The restaurant was dirty and unkempt. The only redeeming quality was that the young man who checked us out was polite. The rest of the staff were horrible. Very poor customer service and experience. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
