First and only time I will ever go to cupbop. This is one of the restaurants that treat all to go orders like they're door dash orders. When I place an order through a restaurant's website I expect my food to be hot and fresh just like any other restaurants patron. I do not expect to walk in and my food be cold on a shelf out in the lobby that's why I didn't order though door dash. Restaurants really should understand the difference between a customer and a 3rd party Business. I will never eat at this or any other cupbop again because of this.

* Changed to 3 stars the food is still good and the service with a smile is there but they are getting really stingy with the protein a Koko bop that used to be filled with chicken now gets a few bits and an over flow of the cheaper noodles rice and cabbage sad to see especially with the increasing prices.Always loved cupbop glad there is one so close

I've ordered from this location twice in the last week and both times the food was simply amiss. The first time around, there was hardly any rice and cabbage. The second time I asked for a level 5 sauce and went home with only the white level 1 topping. The rice was way undercooked the second time, too. I've yet to experience any similar outcomes at other locations. The employees were, however, incredibly nice and the location was clean.
Love the tofu option that other Korean BBQ places don't have.

I'm a huge fan of cupbop. It's one that grows on you without realizing it. The noodles are made from sweet potato and have a glasslike effect. They are super yummy once you get past the initial difference to normal american noodles. I go for the combo bop with the Kko Kko chicken and mandoo. If you ask for sauce on the side you can make sure the sauce goes more on the noodles and doesn't get soaked up by the mandoo on top. I've gotten several people hooked on this already. Worth it.
