Normally, I love chorizo. I was quite disappointed with this one. The sauces were excellent with a bit of a chipotle seasoning flavor. The chorizo, though, left a lot to be desired. There was a very disappointing amount of un-chew-able grizzle or cartilage or whatever. The young lady taking orders was super friendly!

The quality, the seasoning of the food has changed a lot, everything was better before, apart from their prices have gone up a lot and the payment methods are a little orthodox, you have to pay cash because paying by card increases it quite a bit, something that didn't happen before, some of them. My favorite dishes were melcajete but it's just not the same anymore...

Update againI give up. Food today was just tasteless. No attempt at seasoning with salt.Looks like I have to find a new place.Update, lately the food has been not a good. I don't know why.I've had the street, Birrea, and seafood tacos.I usually do drive-thru, and the people that work there are so friendly and kind.
Service was fast, friendly and helpful.Food was delicious and the portion size was very generous. Plenty to share with some left over. I would eat here again.

Disapointed in the professionalism of management team. They are so stingy that I wasn’t allowed to try all the sauces even though they offered me if I wanted sauce. The manager didn’t care if I was upset or not. Although I work at the mall I will no longer be giving them my service.. I will like to add that when I walked back to grab some water that I had previously already asked for but didn’t receive one of the cooks confronted me very unpleasantly and angrily for leaving a review. That encounter supported my opinion in their lack of professionalism.
