Screw this place. Rude and when I ordered a bagel they asked me if I wanted to add cream cheese. Uh yeah please. Well it costs extra. what kind of psychopath is gonna eat a toasted dry ash bagle without cream cheese that shouldn't cost extra no other Einstein does that what a rip off. Never coming back again. That should come with like all the other ones why in the heck is that extra money. Next you know they're gonna charge extra for napkins SMH. Needless to say this location sucks. Also they were super rude employees and they were super rude taking my order and when I came in I felt on edge the moment I walked in the door.

I appreciate how kind, welcoming, and quick you guys are every time!! I would prefer Orem location over Provo if i can because of the welcoming and quick experience. Satisfaction here is topnotch in Provo with incredibly unmatched bagels!! Thank you for doing so well everytime!!!

I remember when this place opened, a couple of my buddies even worked here. Good bagels, decent coffee, and the people were friendly.

Staff was not personable, store was dirty, it took like 15 minutes to get a bagel sandwich. The pay screen also asked if I wanted to give a tip - EVERYBODY is tired of being asked to tip for every damn thing. Get rid of this. When I opened up the bag the bagel wasn't even wrapped up properly or cut in half (??) and it was such a disgusting mess with shmear everywhere that I threw it away. Bye Einstein's Bagels!!!

Just wondering why the employees have to be so rude. It’s like your an inconvenience to them for ordering. One girl got mad cause I told her how to say my name. The other kid when I asked what bagels you had pointed to them not saying a word and rolling his eyes when I asked if I can add cream cheese , I have been only once before do idk how it works and the employees 100% do nothing to help. Yikes.

Enjoy their bagels & sandwiches, but this store is not their best. Had Brisket Bagel and Plain Bagel with a schmear (soft, chewy - needed no toasting). Happy to see more employees this time for improved service. Wish they had tables/seats closer to serving area (not disabled friendly). Parking lot needs another entrance - difficult to get/leave there.

I was a regular customer here for quite sometime, I loved the atmosphere the type of people in the place eating and the staff BUT post covid and it is dark and dreary, no table or chairs out for people to just sit and enjoy food and company but the bagels aren't right for quite some time but what has really made it just impossible for me to return is the staff. Each time I was in post covid they have been rude, like today I was trying to order ask some questions and the girl just left went in back and did something and never even said anything to me. I won't go back there. This was my one last try: i was thinking maybe it's back to its fun, groovy, and good food vibe but sadly it just keeps getting worse.

I have been in various Einstein's over the years and found them to be friendly, comfortable places to eat. this one us not. a counter near the front window and a few tables one the side, all the rest is open, dirty floors, over flowing garbage cans. it had all the ambiance of a bus station. the employees were unfriendly, the sack for the bagel I ordered was smeared with cream cheese. no reason to go here.

I’ve never been to this location but I can honestly say I will NEVER return. The staff here was EXTREMELY rude and their store is very dirty and does not have a welcoming atmosphere at all. They took my order and read it back to me correctly but the food came out entirely wrong. I ordered a toaster Asiago bagel with Schmear and they gave me an untoasted bagel with no Schmear. I also ordered a Brisket Egg Sandwich and there was hardly ANY brisket on it, the bagel was greasy and soggy and the egg was cold.

It was all pretty bad. Atrocious vibes, my bagel was cold and gross and the staff was in such a horrible mood it just affected everything in the building. Ruined my day with a cold and terrible $8 bagel. Don’t go here, especially on Sundays. Took me 45 minutes just for this. I ended up just throwing it away anyways cause it wasn’t even worth eating. A serious waste of my time and money

Einstein’s own blurb on the Internet says they aim to be “your neighborhood bagel shop” but since COVID shutdowns they have all closed their dining rooms, which I understood in 2020, even 2021. But here we are in November 2023 and the tables and chairs are still removed. It feels like they’ve hung up a big sign that says “give us your money and GO AWAY!” I find myself going in less and less frequently. In fact, I used to go in once a week and today was the first time in over 6 months. It just does not feel welcoming, despite the best efforts of the staff. Come on Einstein.Follow up after response from Einstein:I understand the desire to become a "to-go only" business. Maybe you need to update your location to include drive thru service.I'm still not happy with the new business model. And while the staff is fabulous and the food is good, I'm letting my review stand.
