$25 for one sandwich with barely anything in it, is outrageous. Service was horrible, 30-minute wait at a slow time at night with a few people there was no one in front of me in line. The lady who is the manager was very rude to me when I asked why it took so long, "Well we already turned off the grill so you need to be patient". The other employee working was sitting in the front on their phone and acted like I was interrupting their conversation. After I ordered I could hear the employees in the back with some unchoice words while waiting for the extremely long wait for my one sandwich. This place is outrageously expensive and I would not recommend eating here if you are looking for a pleasant experience.

Ernie's have so many great sandwiches!! They're always nice, easy transactions, it's pretty popular but they're quick so you go in, order and you're outta there! I would definitely recommend! Their breakfast sandwiches are so bomb!

Sandwiches are very yummy! They're a little slow to get them out, but still worth the wait. The only thing I don't like is the cleaner they use to clean their floors smells so strong, it permeates all through the location and it's pretty off putting. When you want to eat lunch you don't really want to be overwhelmed with the scent of PineSol, so sometimes I decide not to go there because of that.
I used to like this place. The sandwiches were delicious. But $25.96 for a sandwich that should've come with a dill pickle and chips but did not is to high a cost. I ordered a catcher in the rye, and I got a pissy drink with a lid that would not stay on and the cheapest straw I've ever seen in my whole life. They put the sandwich in a bag and stapled it so I didn't know there were no chips in there. I'm sorry to say that $25.96 for one sandwich without a pickle and without chips and a drinks that can't even be transported. It's too much.

I do love Utah and where there's way too many sweet spots for donuts, sodas and sugar, it's good to find a place with hearty hot foods and carnivorous delights like a solid sandwich to indulge in. It's popular and there's often a wait to order and a longer wait to get the food (prepared fresh), so be prepared.

Over $16 for a Rueben sandwich with no sides or drinks. The sandwich was just ok, I really felt like it should have had like half as much or double the amount of meat for the price. On top of that it was over a 30 minute wait in a cramped dining area with hardly any seating. This place needs to up its game, please at lease make a sandwich worth the price.

#1 on yelp's "best sandwich" search and if you didn't know exactly where to look you'd miss this great little store front deli in Orem. They make awesome sandwiches!! The bread is soft and heated with generous portions of protein. Their menu is varied or you can make your own creation! Check it out you won't be disappointed.
