Ordered online with 40 minute delivery. They called after 45 minutes to tell me delivery wasn’t available. I didn’t have a car and couldn’t pick up. Told me they didn’t know how to refund my card.. Terrible customer service.

Pizza was amazing. But some of the pizza did not have cheese, sauce, or toppings on it which was a little unfortunate - hoping next time it'll be better - update: customer service reached out to us and the pizza was perfect. Thanks so much! Looking forward to coming back.

Made an order on Sunday during their hours through the app and went to pick it up and no one was there. Submitted a ticket through their online portal and was told they can’t do anything to refund my money since the place is individually owned so I tried calling them yesterday (Monday) and 2 in the afternoon and no one answered. Still haven’t heard back from anyone. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.Edit: Got a call from their corporate office and they said “we sent a message to this store to reach out to you but you are basically S.O.L and won’t get your money back. Save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else.

I usually really like Hungry Howie's, I think the cheese bread is fantastic but I was really disappointed in the pizza this time. Upon first glance, the pizza wasn't really cut, hence the pizza cutter in the background. I ordered black olives and green olives and in not one, but two of my slices there were olive seeds.

This is my second time ordering. First time I got hung up on while ordering and waiting 20 min longer than anticipated. This time ordered online which was pleasant enough. Said it would take 40min. It's been 70 min and it's still cooking. I like the food here but it's not worth the headache. Sad because Howies was one of my favorites. Staff seems to be less than capable. Regrettably won't be eating here again.

Don’t even bother with their regular pizza, trust me, their cheesy stuffed pepperoni bread is the best, to die for! make sure you ask for flavoring on the crust too, the Asiago Garlic flavor is the best. The employees are young but good at what they do and offer great customer service.

I tried to eat my pizza but the crust is burned black. I got a refund but I can’t believe someone was like “yeah that looks good” and then sent it off, handing it over knowing they are giving me a terrible product.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and that was all. It said it would arrive in 20 mins. 40 minutes later, I decided to call and see what was taking so long. They said they have had an incident so everything was delayed. So I asked if I could get a a free bottle of pop and they said yes. I waited another 50 minutes to get my pizzas finally. And they forgot the root beer and I asked when we would get that and he said he has 3 other deliveries so it would be 40 more minutes to get out rootbeer. Don't bother ordering if you want to eat in the next hour and a half. Lol
Tons of cheese and sauce baybee! What more could you ask for? ?
