So, picture this: I'm like a dedicated fan of this place. I mean, I practically schedule my gym sessions around their closing hours just to squeeze in a visit. Picture me, the eternal gym-goer, attempting to grace this fine establishment next door with my presence, usually right before closing time, like a true champion of procrastination. But here's the kicker - every time I waltz in, fate has a cruel sense of humor, for the cosmic jokester at the counter, a young girl with an attitude that could curdle milk, has made it her mission to rain on my parade! With a scowl that could peel paint and a rush game strong enough to make a cheetah jealous, she stares into the depths of my soul as if she's trying to find out my PIN number! I'm talking no smiles, rapid-fire ordering demands, and a stare that could rival Medusa's. And when I dare utter a humble "thank you" don't even get me started on her response - it's like she's auditioning for a role in a silent movie, complete with eye rolls and a sound effect that's somewhere between a grunt and a sarcastic 'aha'. Here's the thing I am not a Karen not even close but for this customer service I'll gladly take my butt over to the social security office and officially change my name to Karen.

Good enough drinks, but honestly shocked at how rude management is. I'm not sure how such hostile and aggressive people are running a company involving customer service. Never seen someone make a woman cry while she's trying to order a smoothie. Embarrassing.

i live for their 'greenie' smoothie & extreme green juice blend. i walk into the store, a malnourished child, (young adult) and they grant me sustenance!! for i am nothing without them. they'd be perfect... close to godliness even... if only they offered add-ins like spirulina & reishi or lion's mane mushrooms....

went to go try this place today, upon arrival I had to the use the bathroom and as I was trying to use the bathroom peacefully what I believe to be the owner is screaming at me that u can’t use the bathroom. This ruined my experience there didn’t end up ordering anything since I was so turned off by that interaction. Sad to leave this review but maybe treat people with repent next time:/

We had to wait for more than 30 minutes for our order, they served other people that got there after us they messed up our orders and forgot about it. The cups were sticky and they didn’t even give a napkin. The flavor of the açaí was too sour it didn’t have the açaí taste. The only good thing was the honey.
Ive only had a few smoothies there, and they were good, just not great! The açaí was good enough though!

Bad customer service! I arrived 10 minutes early before they closed and they didn’t take my order :(. I was waiting all the time, and when she saw me, she told me that they were closed, and I said to her that I had been waiting all this time but according to her she didn’t heard the door. I feel bad for the service, because I was on time :(( and I really liked this açaí.

I travel for my job and I am always comparing every other juice bar to this place. My friends that come here with me have strong opinions of which bowl is their favorite. The most important thing is that this isn't flavoring and sugar like most places...its real fruit combined in ways Ivie discovered as a college athlete. I have to say though, none of the workers quite make the Poison bowl as well as Ivie the owner but she created it so she knows the right portions... anyways I digressMy personal fave is the poison bowl. Dark chocolate makes it less sweet than some of the others but I just feel refreshed after I eat it. It's so good I rarely get anything else. My friend's favorite is the Beach Babe bowl.I also loved the oxygen and tried it before and after a treadmill workout and felt amazing. Its scary to drink stuff before running so I was impressed but also happy with the effects. All the juices are good. I also love the carb the craving smoothie which is a blend of pumpkin/oatmeal/cinnamon/heaven.The prices are a little higher than junk food but definitely worth it. Very rare to find healthy dessert but the bowls are the best healthy dessert you could possibly find
