Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich.Was asked if I wanted extra spice (heat); love that so agreed. Then was asked again, three separate times if I was sure - Now I was just getting excited.Was extremely mid, a bit dry if I'm being honest. Was it spicy? Sure but not really, not enough to make you tear up or gasp air. A whipping two pickles on there. Maybe I was supposed to drench this thing in another sauce on my own. No where near the level of hype I received. Fries are good as expected. Not really sure what the big trend or difference was here unfortunately my experience was pretty lackluster. If it was been around $10 I might say it's better value but at the cost I really don't see this worth it for me at least.

My wife and I love it here! The chicken is amazing and the service is great! Very clean fun restaurant with a great assortment of sauces and great atmosphere!Parking: It is by a lot of other shops and the movie theater so there is parking close but it might just take a walk.

I experienced no problems during my visit. The food was a little pricier than other places I frequent, but honestly I feel like it was worth it. The sauces were great, and the sweet & savory chicken was incredible. It was juicy, krispy, and there was a good amount of it. The curly fries were also great, they tasted very fresh, as did everything else. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

Every time I go to Klucks I remember what chicken is supposed to taste like. The perfect combo of crispy and tender, and their sides are insanely good too!!

Kay’s Special is the best chicken sandwich you’ll have. Their regular fries, macaroni salad, and sauces are all I just got back from Nashville and I consistently thought “I wish this was Kay’s Special” anytime I ate Nashville chicken. Everyone is friendly and portions are generous.

You haven't had fried chicken til you've had Kluck's! The chicken is always cooked perfectly! It's fried in clean oil so you don't get any nasty oil taste. It's just crisp and crunchy every time! The batter they use really adds to the flavor. One of the secrets to their amazing food is the incredible sauces they offer for dipping! Orangie is my favorite but Kluck-in and Korean BBQ are not too far behind! I wish they would sell them in bottles because they would taste good on so many different things. My favorite is the Savory and Sweet Chicken meal with curly fries. The sweet sauce on the outside is sooo good! And of course you can't go wrong with curly fries. I'm not a fan of mac salad, but the way they make theirs is a little different and very tasty! I could eat a tub of it easily. The owners and employees are very nice and friendly. I just wish they had more locations and were open all day!

I'm a regular here although not every month because it's a little bit pricey. I really love their Korean barbecue sauce with any flavor chicken. Hottie krispy chicken is the go-to for me and my family. I got an extra entree of the garlic chicken. For 4 entrees including 2 combos, it cost $80 after everything. It was spicier in my wallet than my stomach. Guilty pleasure due to the high prices.
