I ordered my pizza and it was missing a side order and the pizza was also missing toppings that were supposed to be on it. It was delivered to me by a third party so the Marcos manager said it was not their fault. However I have the receipt and everything is clearly marked on the receipt of what I was supposed to get. I don't blame the driver because the box was sealed shut with a big sticker by Marcos so they couldn't open it. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I have a yucky pizza and can't get my money back.

Pizza is great, but home delivery sucks. Online only gives a cryptic message usually, but this time it only said it would start giving cryptic info when I ordered it. I wait well past the half hour when I finally call. They said they have only one delivery person, but they don't know where he is or when he will be back!?!? I go to pick it up and mention that it must be cold. They do offer to make new ones that should take 10 minutes! My kid is cold in the car so I debate it until they offer to take half off. Just not sure why they feel they cant let me know that it is going to be late so I can at least pick it up warm. Even mor, I am not sure why they can't just be honest about it all. Should be obvious, but I would warn you to avoid the delivery option.
Very disappointed in the managers customer service. My company tried to order from here today. We are an 8 minute drive from their store. 8 mins. However that is 'outside the delivery area'. 8 mins. (were 8 blocks south and 3 blocks west).Typically this is my go to brand, but if this is how their company operates, ill find somewhere else. Far too many pizza joints out there for them to be turning business away like this, especially a company that would place large orders.EDIT: I go the the website they requested and the only thing I can do is place another order....

The aroma when you walk in makes my mouth water. I love the thick crust of this pizza. The salad bar and pizza at lunch is a great option for us. Not a big variety but nice.
