Very bad service from the staff and managers, they cannot solve any problem, they have an application that does not work in sync with the restaurant and they have policies that are not described anywhere. They don't care about the customer in any way.

Every single time I go here something is wrong with my order. They don't take what I ask for off, they don't get me my fries, they get me in the incorrect beverage, the list goes on and on. It's a joke.

I never have a good experience here. They rush out the food and it's never done right. And the staff here is the absolute worst. The girl in the drive thru 1st window with the short hair and the guy with dark hair and glasses (maybe a manager) has the worst attitude of all. ????????

The girl working the second window at 8:49pm tonight was very rude. I ordered a cup of ice (I slammed my finger in my door at the drive thru) which I paid 1$ for which is on the receipt and order. When I got to the window she tried handing me a water with no ice which I corrected very nicely to which she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me. After handing me 1/2 a cup of ice she very rudely rolled her eyes and asked if “I would need a straw for my ice”. I paid 1$ for 1/2 a medium cup of ice because she didn’t want to fill it all the way because I guess she was butt hurt about that. Pick a new job if you hate working at mcdonald’s, apply on indeed girl it’s not hard. Give me my dollar back for real

Absolutely terrible. I ordered, payed, and was told that because they gave my food to someone else, I could not receive my food. Got called a liar after talking with another employee and was told I never placed an order, just because they didn’t want to admit they gave my food away to the wrong person. Extremely disrespectful staff and management, avoid this McDonalds like the plague.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. It's McDonald's, so the bar wasn't very high in the first place. We were greeted and told that they were only accepting cash. Potentially outside their control, and at least they told us up front. I won't hold that against them. Then we waited. And waited. I placed my order and when he read it back to me, he left off half the order. Still not the end of the world, but whatever. We pull up to the first window. He tells us the price, and or seems a little high. I do the math in my head, and $3.80 tax on a $15 order definitely seems a bit much. We pull up to the second window while contemplating that price, and the lady repeats our order back and leaves off one of the sandwiches. She disappears before we get a chance to talk to her. Eventually she returns with a bag of food that we are certain by now is not $19 worth of food. At this point I'm guessing they didn't discount one of the sandwiches that was supposed to be buy one get one for a dollar. I ask for a receipt and she says they don't have any way of giving a receipt. I start to explain that the price seemed a little high, and she rolls her eyes and says, "let me get my manager." We wait a few minutes for the manager and eventually give up.After we got where we were headed, I pulled out a calculator and even if they had charged full price, it still should have been a dollar fifty less than what we were charged. (Besides being overcharged and everything else that went wrong, the eye roll was the most annoying part.)

Made a quick oder for a mcdouble and fries and asked for just cheese no other toppings, and they just made a mcdouble with literally just the cheese and nothing else. How stupid do you have to be.

Horrible costumer service, I ordered a pickup and spent over 30 minutes waiting for my food, not because the place was busy but because I was totally ignored by the employees for over 15 minutes at the drive through, I didn’t left because I had a big line of cars behind me and because I had paid for my food already. No one on the speaker asked me to patiently wait or anything, totally ignored me.

Wow horrible. I'm not saying McDonald's has any standards regardless but this is the worst one I've visited. The drive through was a joke people would be sitting at the screen and they refused to take orders. Then the lady taking orders was so rude but it's not our fault she couldn't hear us.
