We called in for a take out order (got some Indian dude). We completed the order and then he said our zip code was wrong for the card but we got a text saying our card was charged 56.54. He said he would transfer us to the help desk which was the actual store. When we talked to the manager he was extremely unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do because there was no order for the name. But we were charged for the order. If you are a pizza place in the US don't have a foreign company take your orders. NEVER AGAIN will I order Papa Johns it's a scam from the foreign Dude that takes the orders and money is not spent well nor are the managers empathetic about money being taken out and they can't verify that an order was made

Horrible experience… Beware there is a third party if you call in ( Indian dude) who isn’t a direct contact.. ordered 40 wings and I was shorted 10 wings and I received no ranch. I had to call multiple times to get the order right. Wings were cold and by the time I received my right order ( delivery driver came back twice) it was so cold and not enjoyable. To spend over 60 bucks you expect the right order. Not in my case… all I got was a “ new” GM saying everything and nothing that I wanted to hear beside my right order.. I learned my lesson I wouldn’t order again. And I thought for days to either post this or not but my experience was so soSo bad it should be public..

Love Papa Johns in general and love this store. They’ve always been great here and the only times I’ve ever had trouble were due to user error with the app. Ordering for pickup when I wanted delivery. Checking out with “pay at the store” and thinking I already paid, etc. The GM Texas is awesome too. Highly recommend.

Not only was our order incorrect, but it was delivered 30-40 min after the promised delivery window. I tried calling multiple times to speak with a manager, the phone would just continue to ring and then hang up. The order tracker showed that our driver was 30 min away heading in the opposite direction, and the doordash projected delivery time was now more than an hour after the promised delivery window. I was in my car about to drive over to see if I could just pick up the order myself, when I saw someone pull in and deliver the pizza. Would not recommend this location for any work events when you need the pizza delivered by a certain time.
