Easily the worst food experience I've ever had, ridiculously over priced and all the employees do it fight and yell at each other. Took 40 min to make one pizza when they said 10. No one knew how to even do there jobs. Highly recommend you never come to this location!

Loved when pizza was a sit down restaurant. We tried it again. Loved the smells! However, our stomachs hurt for 2-3 days after eating here. Too bad. Wouldn't go back.

I called this location made an order they told me 15 min I sent my husband to pick the order he was advise we never made an order at that location. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us. I then call the number back to make sure I called the correct location spoke with a male worker he advise that they tried to process me order but got an error message. He said they tried to call me but my out of state number doesn't allow them to call. This is horrible horrible service and a big disappointment never ordering or recommending this place anymore!!

I feel bad writing this review because the gentleman using the wheelchair was super kind but my service was awful tonight! I did carry out tonight and tried the new Edge pizza pepperoni lovers and there was little pepperoni on it, my kids were so sad since they love pepperoni. Also we got chicken Alfredo pasta and didn't get the extra side of breadsticks that is supposed to come with it. I tried calling the store and it goes to a call center, when she tried transferring me directly to the store I sat on hold for at least 15 minutes until I just hung up. I find it hard to believe my family and I will be back to this location.

I placed an order at 8:08pm today online for delivery. Estimated delivery time was 45-50 mins. After waiting over an hour and a half we realized the pizza wasn't coming. Turns out the store closes at 9 and they decided to cancel our order without notifying us. A text, call or email letting us know they wouldn't be able to deliver the order would have been considerate. We would have happily ordered food from somewhere else

If I could give less than one star, I would. Our pizza- if you could call it pizza, tasted like cardboard.Burned. Tasteless. Looked like it had been sitting under the heating lamp over a day...The other Orem Pizza Hut is great. This one is not! Stay away!!!

We love hanging out. Yesterday we visited this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a delightful evening there with exceptional cooking and an efficient crew and an impressive cuisine. We added this place in our phone list and we will certainly come back soon. We warmly recommend.
I was very impressed that this Pizza hut I was able to get my son Pizza quickly and with a smile I ordered this pizza from Washington State as a surprise to my son and the service was exceptional Spencer was amazing and helps me figure out what would be best thank you Spencer, everyone in your store deserves a raise. Thank you again and I hope this review makes you happy because I'm happy you leaving it

This location has been going down hill for years but has still provided good enough pizza to go back. I don't often review chains but this place has finally sunk below acceptable. I ordered several weeks ago for delivery. When I got the pizza it was barely warm. Seems they forgot I ordered cheese sticks since they took a regular order of bread sticks, dropped a pile of cheese in the middle and stuck it back in the oven to melt. I ordered more recently for work. 3 or 4 pizzas. It took over an hour and we're less than 2 miles away. The pizzas were cold, our microwaves got a workout just so we could have a warm lunch. The toppings didn't cover the whole pizza and I think the red sauce may have turned. It had an unpleasant sourness to it. However, this experience may have been tainted by the driver, whose stench overpowered the pizza. Never again.

Made an online order and came to pick up a few minutes before close. The manager Destiny decides to say she cancelled our order because she didn't see it in time and was just so sick and "feels like s**** she needed to go home, and because they close "soon". We then asked for a receipt of refund and she just printed a normal receipt. When asked for a new one with proof of refund she didn't care to. Destiny, the customer doesn't care if you're sick, and that's definitely not what you say. You were open for business. Don't come to work
