Our server was not only unattended, but there was a cart with dirty dishes and food right next to usehthat smelled. They have taken all the good stuff off the menu and made it at least $17 for 3 p9eces of shrimp per selection totaling 2 pieces. The prices have gone up with the average plate $25 and as high as $40. Totally not worth it with poor service and a darl cave like atmosphere. Olive Garden their counterpart is better. For 2 people almost $70 and that's without a drink. Close this place down.

Always love this place. They are always happy and the service is perfect.
The kitchen was short staffed. We were going to be sat immediately, then told it was 20 minutes, then we were sat immediately. That should have been the indicator. We saw our server 2 times, no refills, and were sat at 6 PM. Left the restaurant after 7:30 and asked to just pay for our drinks because our food still wasn't ready. They ended up boxing and bringing out food out, fully comped, and when we ate it immediately after getting home, everything was slightly warm, as if it were sitting awhile.I was thinking they were short staffed in the kitchen but don't understand the luke warm food.

This was a huge disappointment. The service was extremely slow despite it not being busy. The food was okay at best and definitely not worth the prices they charge considering half of the food was cold upon arrival. The whole experience left me upset and thinking I’d of been better off eating the fish sandwich at McDonald’s. We will not be coming back.

Nothing is more frustrating than going in and being told it’s a 20+ minute wait at 3:30 in the afternoon and literally no one is in the lobby. Maybe they’re super understaffed but they still deserve the bad review cause it just didn’t seem they cared.

I drove home from a long drive and I was starving but I didn't want to make anything or have fast food. I was in the mood for fried fish so I ordered from the app the Fish Fridays for $15. The fries and slaw were as expected ? excellent!! The fish seemed to be minced and very thin. That was the first time that Red Lobster disappointed?. I won't order ? Friday again. You could have at least fried up the cheaper but better Tilapia ☹️However, the server was wonderful and fast so kudos to her?.
I haven't been here in over a year since before I was pregnant and had my baby! But oh my, it was so amazing to be back! I love there crab! And macaroni and cheese and baked potatoes with toppings! It's just such a fun place to go every once in a while!
We were so disappointed about this experience. We were so excited for lobster fest. We both ordered lobster tail and steak and upgraded all our sides. But, they took sooo long to bring us our food, and then by the time they did our steaks were completely over done and dry! Our server knew they were overdone and offered to take them back, but then went on to say that because it took so long the first time she didn't know how long before a new one would be done. So we ate them as is. The sides we upgraded were delicious, but when you end up spending $140 for just 2 people I expect my main course to be amazing and it was a fail.Also, our server did not refill our drinks very often and when I asked for more bread she didn't bring any until 30 minutes later. Again they may have been a kitchen thing, but she could have come and told us if it was. So sad.

We came to eat with our family for a nice meal. Shortly after we were seated, they sat a couple and THEIR DOG next to us. They proceeded to have the dog sit on the bench and eat out of her hands. Later on they did call and try to make things right with us.

If you want to eat lobster, be prepared because they serve it to you (fresh) before serving it they give you to choose your live lobster, and they also have good combos. What I didn't like is that the atmosphere is very dark, the lights are very dim and above all they take longer than usual to give you your dishes. You have to book on the website otherwise you will have to wait 30 minutes or until someone has not arrived on time.
