It was a lot of fun and for the price it’s unbeatable. It is cooked by students who do an amazing job, but there are some things that we ate that needed to be worked on a little.

Supportive to UVU culinary students! They did amazing job! Fantastic food, excellent service, amazing atmosphere! Their quality is even much better than lots of fine dining places off campus! I strongly recommended! Definitely will go back again. Just wish their hours could be extended ?
First time eating here, Chef Todd Leonard and staff really treated us to a fantastic dinner. One of the best dinners I've had in a while. We asked to be surprised for the appetizer and they brought out pork belly, with jalapeño grits and maple syrup. I was hesitant at first but was wowed by the delicious flavors. Our steak was cooked to perfection and everything was just amazing, highly recommended!

Amazing food! It's fun knowing that it's the culinary arts students learning and preparing the meals. The menu is always delicious!

What an amazing lunch! We were welcomed and ate like kings! The setting was comfortable and the staff was friendly! Even the chef came to our table to check on how everything tasted. The food was beyond delicious! The attention to detail was impressive and the taste reflected the work that went into every bite! My only advice is to slow down and enjoy! There was so much food and if you can't finish you can always take it home (which we did with our desserts). I am so happy we chose to eat at restaurant forte, it was the perfect place to celebrate Valentine's, a few days early, and can't wait to go back. After parking in visitor by the uccu center make your way to the lower level doors (where the ticket office is) and, once inside, head south down the hall to easily find the restaurant.

Beautiful presentation and at $17 apiece a great value.
The food is always amazing and interesting. Such unique cuisine in Utah county. The students really out to themselves with everything they make.

This restaurant is part of UVU's Culinary Arts Program. You will need to check their website for when they are serving dinner and accepting reservations. We went for their "Cuisine of Asia" and "Cuisine of Western Europe" nights. The food was delicious and very well presented. Cost was $25/person for 5+ courses. The deserts were amazing!
$22 a person for everything. Make a reservation!
