I normally like this Roxberry. But last night I ordered a smoothie, and today I’ve had severe food poisoning. Never been this bad before. Posting in case someone else also got food poisoning last night.

Normally I haven't had issues with this location but leaving this so whoever made my smoothie can get further training. I go to roxberry enough to know what it taste like but as soon as I was handed my smoothie this morning I knew it was wrong. (Unless the recipe was changed, the recipe was clearly not followed on mine.) Peanut butter blast is always thick, not like peanut flavored water..I was really disappointed. I feel like I wasted 8 bucks:( This was like a peanut water drink, not a smoothie.I heard this location got new owners. Idk who, but whoever is over this location now, I don't think cares about customer experience. There's numerous bad reviews here over the past 6 months they haven't even taken the time to rectify the issues or respond to even one:(

me and my husband just went to this roxberry and were 10 minutes early, there was N open sign still on and we went to go inside and the employees were laughing at us while the doors were locked. we then went through the drive through and they would not help us even though it was business hours. we drove from far away just to get roxberry. very disappointed as we knew the owners to the store prior to when it switched.

11/13/2023 at 11:45. My wife and I Ordered a 24oz PB Blast with two shots on it(split into two 12oz), a 16oz OG Green with two shots, and a 16 Açaí Dominator.Service: We used the drive through. We did not have to wait to be acknowledged. Only had to wait a couple minutes for our order and it was fulfilled perfectly. They even asked if I wanted a bag. ?Staff were not friendly at all, no smiles, no greeting, no eye contact. It was the same blond girl who took our order and payment. My wife and I went out of our way to make a connection, be friendly, and social with them and they were not responsive at all. “We work at another Roxberry!”. No response or eye contact.??‍♂️ Awkward college kids maybe??Food: The color of the fruit blend of the Dominator bowl is an ugly grey color. It tasted vaguely like bananas but weirdly gross. it really did not taste good at all. I’m glad Draper sells the New Dominator açaí. SOOOOO much better.My wife and I work for Roxberry and this was a disappointing experience. Roxberry is struggling right now and I understand why. ? I’m starting to think that the Draper owners are the only ones who care.

While the food tastes good, the service has been awful. I’m so tired of having the employees stick the “tip” tablet in my face before they even do anything, only to have to have them tell me “oh we’re out of bananas, but we already made your bowl so can we just add some other fruit?” or 30 minutes after we ordered “I’m sorry we forgot your order, here have a coupon” and then tonight I ordered 3 of the same 24 oz bowl and 2 of them were fine but the 3rd looked like it was made up of the leftovers from the first two and was only 2/3 of the way as full as the other two. I’m afraid that if I don’t tip them at the beginning I’ll have my food spit in, but I’m tired of tipping for service that is subpar and always leaves me asking if I really want to come back again.
